You will have access to the entire Villa including private pool. Parking space for 2 vehicles.

The village of Tulum is in constant development and the electricity shorts are usually recurrent throughout the village, in case this happens during your stay, Villas Toh will not be responsible for reimbursements for situations that are beyond your control. However, we will do our best to follow up with the provider and have the service restored as soon as possible.

3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
