With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this beach house comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The downstairs bunk room with twin bunks has a separate entrance, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The primary bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, followed by a guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed as well, for added comfort. Enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TVs in the living room.

Step outside to the deck and patio areas to enjoy the fresh Gulf breezes, and fire up the charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) for some beachside grilling. The fully fenced property ensures privacy. This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
