Find your ideal seaside retreat at our three-bedroom house in Perdido Key. Nestled just a short walk from the stunning Perdido Key Beach and the serene Gulf Shores Beach, this property offers a prime location for your next beach vacation. Bay access with boat slip.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

Unwind in the cozy living area, where you can curl up by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. Refresh in the 2.5 bathrooms, stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.

Outdoors, you can splash around in the inviting outdoor pool (shared only with the other unit in the duplex) or explore the nearby Gulf State Park, just a 6-minute drive away. The famous Flora-Bama is also just 5 minutes away! With free Wi-Fi, a garage for parking, and a selection of games and a DVD player, this vacation home has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

This is the east side of a duplex. In the months of June and July, we rent the entire house out as one unit. If you'd like the entire house - please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate.

Very nice

Everything was wonderful! Would be definitely stay again. The pool was really nice and the beach is just a short walk across the street. Loved having the balcony outside the master bedroom. The kitchen had all we needed. The host was also really nice and responded to messages right away.

Great stay

The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We brought our boat so the lift was great to have and much appreciated. I will be going back!

This house was very clean and everything was nice and organized. We used the pool and grill which both worked nicely along with the boat dock was useful as well.

Paradise Beauty!!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family!! We always bring our boat with us when going to Perdido Key. The convenience of having the boat slip/lift right outside the back door was awesome with plenty of driveway space to also park the trailer. It was also very nice to come back from a day on the water and take a dip into the sparkling clean pool. Ellen is ABOVE and beyond an Exceptional host, always quick to respond, so friendly and accommodating!! We will definitely be back to stay again in this Paradise Beauty!!

Very comfy, great location, private pool and garage a plus. Needs some minor improvements. We prefer to cook and skillets could be replaced. Grill used lots of charcoal due to couldn't close it off. Shower curtain only had like 3 hooks. Little things. We are old so steps were an issue but was a great place to hang with our adult children. Great communication with host.

Miller Family Florida Vacation

We had a great time at this property. We occupied both units with our family! Location and the ability to leave our boat in the water works perfectly for us. We boat most days and enjoy the private pool afterwards. Will definitely be going back!

Great Property!

Our family of six (and two dogs) enjoyed Thanksgiving week at Southern Peach East. The property is beautiful, with inviting porches, water views and lush green spaces. The beach is across the street and the dog beach was just a few minutes down the River Road. I can't say enough good things about the hospitality and great communication of our host! She was wonderful! Our family highly recommends this property!

Great location awesome house

The host was awesome and got us taken care of with a very last minute reservation. The house is perfect. Location is perfect, the house had everything you could need, it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. They provided plenty of towels which was nice to have plus so many extra little things like hand soaps at the sinks and travel sized shampoo and conditioner which my girls enjoyed using! The outside area is just as great with several patios and a pool and the dock. Easy check in and out process and an all around great place!

Dog friendly and large spaces w extra driveway for boat/truck

Lots of pluses here. 2 boat slips on canal. One with a working lift. Extra long driveway that fits truck and trailer though its very hard to get out w steady traffic. Used the Eden launch with guests. A public ramp wasn't close. Didn't see that it was a large house split into 2 units. Roll the dice to share the pool. House is big and comparable to other properties that allow dogs. Not newly remodeled or lush furniture in other words.

Perfect House for us

We loved staying in this house! It had everything we needed and the location is unique for this area. As far as the beach location you are in a place where there are no crowds. There are no condos close by so we felt like we were in a private area. You just have to walk down a very short distance and cross the road. Beautiful white sand beaches! We brought our bay boat with us and the slip on the canal in the back of the house was easy to get in and out of. Also, the location on the waterways was ideal. We were not too far from fishermans corner and the cut through to the ocean where the fishing is great. In addition you are not far from Robersons Island and Perdido Pass where boats anchor and float. We brought two dogs and felt perfectly comfortable in the house. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it. There were neighbors staying in the other side of the house for part of our stay. It was not a problem. Their kids were in the pool some and they had a dog also, but they were not there at all times so we got our time in as well. I will add that we have spent many years staying in Orange Beach and Destin. Perdido Key will be our place from now on for many reasons. We would hope that this house is available as we will for sure want to stay here again.

Great birthday stay.

We had plenty of room. There was pool toys and beach toys. The pool was sparkling and lots of seating options. We had everything we needed to cook with. Loved all the hooks in the shower,room for all the swimsuits. 11 y.o. opinion, could there be a TV in a downstairs bedroom to plug in Playstation. Definitely recommend this place. Also just a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host allowed us in a little early which was very helpful. Beds are comfortable, the place was clean & directions were helpful. Even though it is on a high traffic rd, you could not hear the cars or trucks.
