Welcome to your perfect mountain escape! This renovated penthouse sits at the top of Main Street, overlooking Policeman’s Creek Boardwalk. Wake up to nature’s serenity, sip coffee on the balcony, and breathe in the fresh mountain air, just steps from Canmore’s cafes, boutiques, and trails. Adventure awaits with hiking, biking & skiing nearby, including Banff National Park. After exploring, unwind in comfort. Whether for romance, relaxation, or adventure, this is your ideal retreat!

PARKING:
The heated onsite parkade means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! There is also parking outside along the left side of the complex for additional vehicles.

LIVING:
Be captivated by the scenic views from the living room window, where Policeman’s Creek Boardwalk unfolds in peaceful charm. Sink into the cozy couch, curl up with a good book, or stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. As the fireplace casts a warm, ambient glow, relax and unwind while living in the mountain moment .

KITCHEN:
Delight your inner chef in our fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you`re preparing a quick meal or a feast, this kitchen has everything to elevate your cooking experience.

Downtown location in the middle of all the action! Gateway to Main Street, while two major grocery stores, Starbucks, banks & gear rental, liquor stores & Canadian Tire are all within a block of the complex. Take a leisurely stroll down the boardwalk along Policeman`s creek connecting the thriving neighborhood of Spring Creek Mountain Village to downtown Canmore. Main ROAM transit bus stop located behind Arts Place.

CODES along with detailed check-in instructions will be made available the day of check in.

BOARDWALK VIEWS can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.

Great little unit for our 3 night getaway. Prompt communication with host, and any issue was resolved quickly. If we had any suggestion for improvement,.it would be that there were screens on the bedroom windows. Soon it will be mosquito season and with no AC, open windows are a must.
