Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, conveniently located just minutes away from Orlando's most beloved attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World , and directly across the street from the brand new EPIC UNIVERSE scheduled to open in Summer 2025. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our 3 Bed/ 3 1/2 Baths are designed to provide the utmost comfort and serene retreat after a day of exploration.

The space
Family-Friendly Layout:
Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private bathroom
Bedroom 2 Kids Bedroom: Queen-sized bed an a twin bed
Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed and a twin bed
Living Room: Queen-sized sofa bed for extra sleeping space

Total Capacity: Sleeps up to 8 guests

All suites will include premium bedding, smart tv, climate control central air and complimentary Wi-Fi to provide you and your family with all of the comforts and conveniences of home.

One hair dryer per bathroom.

Our house offer sheets, comforter, pillow and one bath towel per guest. Has total 4 pool towels ( counted upon check out).

A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

Baby & Toddler friendly, pack and play available.

Amazing stay! Very close to everything including the convention center. So much nicer than a hotel room. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice pool/hot tub area. May food and shopping within walking distance. Hight recommend!

The only thing that I would say needs improving would be the communication response from the host through the Vrbo platform. When I would leave a message it took at least 2 or more days to get a response back. They did offer a phone number to call, I would say to try that it might be faster. Other than that the condo was perfect. We had a great time. Beds were comfy condo was clean and we loved the decor. I would stay there again.

We took a family trip to Universal Studios, and this place provided us with the perfect place to stay. It was clean, very spacious, and in a perfect location that was close to the parks. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting the Orlando area.

The home was very cozy had enough room for everyone to have space and feel at home. Would recommend staying at this location. Extremely close to the universal parks and confidently located to shopping and dining!

Suite was cleaner and nicer than most regular name brand hotels. If you're coming to Orlando to explore the Universal experience, this is he perfect place and location for your big family to reside. If you're a light sleeper, or one that has a hard time falling asleep, you might want to avoid the upstairs Master bedroom. Road noise from Universal Dr is loud. I would definitely check this homes availability on my next visit

We had a great stay. Place was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking and have memorable family meals. Will definitely book again if coming to Orlando

Host did not respond to my message asking for a working coffee pot. Condo was clean but pretty beat up. Next to a busy road. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Coffee machine was purchased and delivered as requested. She was expecting to stay in a new resort but Vista Cay is one of the first Resorts built in the area 20 years ago. Location is amazing and our unit is a nice unit.

The place was a disappointment, the unit needed updating. The furniture was uncomfortable and carpets were worn. The unit was not stocked with dish clothes, trash bags and coffee pot didn’t work (it was replaced for the end of our trip). This was a family Disney trip and very little time was spent at the unit - so it could have been worse.

I’m very sorry you felt this way. It’s about taste. Majority of our guests like our mattresses ( the master one was changed recently). Coffee machine ( we offer two) but one of them was not working and we just learned about that because of your complaint. I purchased a new one right the way delivered next day for your morning coffee. Our carpeted was changed in 2024 and we chose that particular color to not shown any stain. We wash the carpets every three months. We have cleaning services receipts to support our care with our carpets. Our unit is inside of a 20 years old resort, renovated in 2025. We are in one of the best locations in Orlando, a few minutes from the Epic Universal. We do our best to maintain our units extremely cleaned and fairly maintained.

We dont usually splurge on expensive hotels/vacation homes. We decided to treat ourselves this time....arrived to a hot house with no air conditioning. Contacted the host, she said they would come check it out, which they didn't. We slept with all the fans going and headed off to the theme parks again. We bought batteries for the termostat and discovered it didnt have any in the first place. Air conditioning still didnt work. Didnt kick on at all! Completely miserable 2 nights sleep. This was our first experience with VRBO and realized we are hotel people, at least when there is a problem they can try and make it right for you. Now, Ive just spent 3x what I normally would have spent for 2 bad nights sleep, last time I "splurge" like that.

Brett stayed with us 2 nights. He reported about not having the ac working on the second day of his stay. We scheduled the ac technician to check our unit next morning but unfortunately was the check out date for Brett . We had a lizard blocking the drain causing the system to shutdown. Something totally unexpected and out of control for us. Very unfortunate.
