Built in 1793 on the tidal Hammock River leading to Long Island Sound, Waterside features a private dock with deep swimming hole, sandbar, fishing, and crabbing.

Walk across the historic Waterside Lane Bridge to Clinton Town Beach with its sandbars, nature walk, playground, splash pad, basketball court, kayak racks, sailing lessons, ice cream truck, and more. Or paddle from your front door to explore three local rivers – bring your own kayak, or rent from nearby Indian River Marina. Waterside is the CLOSEST home to Clinton Town Beach – perfect for a family vacation!

This family home is decorated in a charming, eclectic coastal antique vibe with original art throughout. Cook together in a gourmet kitchen with Wolf Sub-Zero appliances, farmhouse sink, marble countertops, and antique French baker's table. Relax in the light-filled Sunroom, or cozy up in the Keeping Room with a good book or binge watch your favorite shows on the 65” Samsung TV.

You also can enjoy a formal meal in the 8-10 person dining room, morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the upper porch overlooking the harbor, open air dining on the waterfront stone patio with a stainless steel grill and fire pit, and relaxing in the sun-filled courtyard with outdoor shower. Outdoor patio seating for 12.

Catch an amazing sunset (check out the pics!), then retreat to one of four spacious bedrooms featuring organic linens and Avocado mattresses with down pillows and comforters. Two en-suite bedrooms on the main level, and for the kids - or more adults! - there is an entire lower level with two more bedrooms, playroom, books, toys, games, and a 2nd 65” Roku TV. The Sunroom, Keeping Room, and playroom also offer queen sleeper sofas for unexpected guests. Every room has a water view and ocean breezes.

Furnished with a mix of tasteful antiques, cozy contemporary style, and original artwork, stocked with beach gear including chairs and umbrellas, plus a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, you will treasure your time at Waterside!

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house including gourmet kitchen, Sunroom, Keeping Room, dining room, and two ensuite upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, playroom, and third bath. Two comfortable queen sleeper sofas in the Sunroom and Keeping Room offer extra space for up to 14 guests total. Every room has a water view!
