Our family was visiting for a quick weekend trip. I highly recommend staying at this house. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the beach. The host was in constant communication with us and provided excellent service.

What a great house in a fantastic location. The sand of the beach is just a few houses down. The house is well stocked and ready to host, with an office area (monitors provided use DVI connections), beach chairs, and boogy boards. We loved the house and already are looking forward to coming back again.

Nice house and great patio to hang out on and have dinner. Feels like you’re at the beach. Nice kitchen. Big space. Could fit a lot of people comfortably. Layout is a little old school with kitchen and living room in middle of house and second living room is off the front door (which connects to the kitchen/living) but it works and is comfortable. Nice spot would rent again. Good management firm very quick response. Close to beach (few houses down) and close to grocery store (pavilions) and dining.

This property was exactly what we needed: charming, very clean, more than one barhroom, comfortable beds and furnishings. Very convenient to walk to the beach.we were surprised there was an apartnent above the garage, but it was not disturbing. We wiuld look forward to a return trip. MAHALOOh, just a side note, the indoor dining has elevated chairs which i had not noticed in the listing.

We had a very nice stay here. Great location. We could easily walk to the beach, Newport Pier, and Lido center for restaurants. The house was very comfortable, the patio was a nice place to eat meals. Always nice to have extra bathrooms. Two sitting areas (plus patio) provided plenty of space to relax. Beds were comfortable. Master bedroom was very spacious and my husband used the desk for some work. The second bedroom was smaller than anticipated - the bed took up almost the entire room. But it was sufficient for our adult daughter. Kitchen was well equipped overall (I didn't find a tea kettle). Parking garage was fine for our one mid-sized sedan. Would be difficult to fit in two cars unless one or both were compact (angling our one car in was easiest for getting in and out). But that was expected and the parking situation was adequately explained in advance. The interior felt dark at times and some additional lighting would be helpful in the master bedroom and sitting areas (kitchen had ample overhead light). Overall, an enjoyable stay and we would definitely return. Thank you for making your home available.
