You will love sitting out on the patio with your morning coffee watching and listening to all the birds and wildlife. There is a large fenced in back yard where the little ones can play safely while you relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy the picturesque scenery. The front of the home faces the back where a canal with access to Lake Bistineau is located. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a washer and dryer. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed, and the Master Bath has a garden tub with shower, double vanity, a blow dryer, and a makeup mirror. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized sleigh bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin-sized beds. Bathroom 2 has a regular tub with shower and a single vanity. The cozy living area features a wood burning fireplace and a workspace with 2 monitors and a keyboard/mouse where you can connect your laptop and work if needed. There are 3 smart TV’s and Starlink internet so you can stream your favorite shows. During your stay you will have access to the 2-car garage and there is parking for 4 additional vehicles on the property. We do have a shared portion of the driveway with a neighbor, so be careful not to block their way.
