*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW Audubon Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.
Settle into beachfront bliss at our newly renovated first floor unit (no waiting for an elevator!) located just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfectly situated on the first floor of the popular Beachside II building, this charming one-bedroom, one-bath retreat offers effortless beach access and tranquil coastal living at its finest. From the moment you arrive, you'll enjoy the ease of keypad entry and exclusive access to the building’s private pool, hot tub, grilling area, and gated beach boardwalk—all just steps from your private patio.
Inside, our thoughtfully curated 854-square-foot space is styled in soft, calming hues and features updated flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen offers sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Gather around the dining table for four or enjoy a casual breakfast on the 118-square-foot private patio overlooking the Gulf.
The spacious living area is designed with comfort in mind, offering plush seating and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress. After a sun-soaked day on the sand, catch your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted HDTV or step onto the patio to enjoy a good book and a warm breeze.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and features an oversized wall-mounted HDTV, a closet, a dresser and a recently renovated ensuite bathroom with convenient hallway access and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
For added convenience, this condo includes a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Step off of your private patio and enjoy direct access to the green space, grilling area, pool, and beach boardwalk—no stairs, no waiting, just pure relaxation. Guests may rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach service, bring them from home, or are welcome to use the umbrella and two beach chairs provided in our unit. As of September 2025, the newly renovated pool and hot tub will be complete. The pool will be seasonally heated and the hot tub will remain at 100-104 degrees year-round.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, hop on the resort tram and make your way to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a vibrant outdoor destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment.
