Welcome to your perfect Mission Beach retreat. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is located just 100 yards from the bay and 1.5 blocks from the ocean, offering immediate access to the boardwalk, surfing, and local dining. Spread across three levels, this home provides ample privacy for families and groups while maintaining an inviting, open-concept atmosphere.



Living Areas & Kitchen

• Second Floor: The heart of the home, featuring vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. The living area includes comfortable sofa seating, a Smart TV, and a portable A/C unit.

• Dining & Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and dining space for eight. Sliding doors lead to a small balcony with a gas grill.



Sleeping Arrangements

• First Floor Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

• Second Floor Bedroom: Two twin beds with an adjacent full hallway bathroom.

• Third Floor Primary Suite: Queen-sized bed, portable A/C unit, en-suite bathroom with a deep bathtub and shower, and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee.

• Parking: Includes one garage space and one carport spot. Please verify your vehicle fits our provided dimensions:

Guest Access:

This is a quiet family neighborhood and all guests must comply with the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy.



Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



All our properties have beach towels, but beach equipment is limited.
