On the outside, the property features a small basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a hot tub, a fire pit, two putting greens, kayaks and siting areas on the deck to enjoy the warm weather in style. The deck features a large outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill ready to cook up some steaks and feed the group after a day full of activities.

The inside is no less impressive and completely renovated for your family enjoyment and comfort. For fun, we have a GAME BARN with two levels of gaming for tons of excitement for the kids (and Mom& Dad of course!). It includes ping pong, foosball, TV viewing area, video arcade games, Xbox station and an exercise area with Peloton bike. And we can't forget about the home's interior! With 4 beautifully-appointed bedrooms there's plenty of room to sleep a large family in all king-size beds and the kids in their own bunk bed room. ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home and outdoor area.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles in the large driveway. There is also a paved path down to the boat ramp that sits on the property.

✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play/travel crib and a high chair.

✹ PETS: A maximum of two dogs that are under 50 lbs each are allowed with a $150 one-time pet fee. This is a pet-friendly property, so please do not book if someone in your group has a pet allergy.

✹ WATERCRAFT: We have (2) one-person kayaks and (1) two-person kayak available guest use. We also have of water toys and life jackets of various sizes from adult to small child.

✹ DOCK: Our two-story private dock is excellent for those that love the water! We have a large seating area with, shade, loungers and a cooler on the top floor to get a great view of the lake. For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that (a) there isn't any electricity on the dock, (b) the boat lift is not accessible, (c) the dock has cleats to tie your boat, and (d) the water is deep but will vary based on the lake water level.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

✹ CANCELLATIONS: If the guest cancels the booking and is entitled to a return, the return will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the processing fees regardless.

We have two actively recording external cameras that record video and audio. One is on the doorbell of the entrance and the other points at the volleyball and basketball courts. There is also a smart home device by the hot tub and the basketball court that actively records noise decibel levels only. They do not record audio or video.

- Checkout time is 10:00 am.
- Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking.
