Duplex style house located on the first floor & partial upper level of a house with 3 bedrooms including 1 King bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Double beds in bedroom on main floor and 1 Twin over Double bunk bed, 1 Double Sofa Bed in bedroom upstairs and 1 Double Futon bed in living room.

This charming retreat offers a beachy escape with a large backyard (play set, couches, fire pit, BBQ & hammock coming soon.) and at the end of the day, relax in the jetted bathtub after a day of exploring. 5min drive to LIRR - Lindenhurst station - 1 hour train ride to NYC.
10min walk to Venetian Shores beach with a restaurant and live music every summer at 5pm from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor day or 15 min drive to the infamous Jones Beach.

Bedroom 3: (Upstairs)
1 Twin over Double bunk bed with ladder (max weight 150lbs on top bunk, max 250lbs on bottom bunk) Short ladder to twin bunk which requires climbing to the bed.
1 Double size sofa bed (Must advise 7 days in advance if Sofa bed is needed)
•Duplo blocks, mega blocks and legos in closet with play mat for easy clean up

Hallway Upstairs:
• GORGEOUS selfie wall

Main floor:
• Spacious living room with wide comfy couch, seats 4-6 and 65” smart Roku TV with Live TV and Netflix & large Twin Futon Sofa Bed. (Must advise 7 days in advance if Futon is needed) and JBL speaker available upon request
• Spacious Kitchen equipped with cooking necessities, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, mugs etc see pics or ask. Gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/tea bar and some light complementary snacks. (Also included salt, pepper, butter, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, coffee creamer and sweeteners etc)

***Upon Request: Bicycles available at no extra charge. We have 3 adult bikes, 3 children’s bikes and 2 toddler trikes available. (Please request at least 1 week before arrival. Last minute requests will require a $50 convenience fee)

****Upon Request: BBQ in backyard (if need this cleaned, must request at least 7 days before check-in)

***Home has some carpeting, please remove shoes. Feel free to use your own indoor slippers or the ones provided.

You will have access to the main entrance, driveway, front yard and back yard. There are absolutely NO common areas with upstairs tenants.

PLEASE NOTE! I currently have long term tenants living on the second floor of the home. They use a different side entrance. They are sweet and will not disturb you but you WILL hear noise because they have young children. The quiet hours of 10pm-7am will be respected. Sound machines are provided in each room to block out the noise while sleeping. I highly suggest you turn them on as we have no control of the noise level between 7am-10pm. If you are seeking a quiet escape, this is not the space for you.

*Please note Cleaning Fee for one month rentals will be $350.


Guest Access:
You'll have sole access to the front and back door. Back door leads to backyard. Neither doors can be accessed by tenants.

***Early check-in/ late check-out available upon request for an additional fee $15/hr.
***Extra towels available for an addition fee of $5/towels & face cloth set

Interaction with Guests:
You can reach me through this messaging system. I do my absolute best to provide immediate responses. In the case of an emergency please contact 911 directly. If non-emergency but an urgent matter arises, please label your message as URGENT.


Additional Info:
***Absolutely no parties, no pets, no smoking and no vaping***
Please respect our home. (We don't mind loud music if following the quiet time guidelines of 10pm-7am)

Booking requests will not be accepted if booking for someone else.

Notification is required for number of guests but cannot exceed the amount of 12.

Please Remove Shoes when in the home. You can use your own house slippers or ones that have been provided in the home as well. I have light carpeted areas. Additional cleaning fee will be applied if there are stains. Thank you!
