We’re truly sorry about the power outage during your stay — unfortunately, that was caused by a nearby fire and was completely outside our control. We did issue a partial refund to acknowledge the inconvenience, even though it was due to a city-wide outage. Regarding the dishes, we’ll make sure to address this with our cleaning team to ensure everything is spotless for future guests. We always aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay, and appreciate your comments to help us improve.
