This was a great stay for a group of nine - plenty of space! The host was incredibly helpful and was always prompt to answer questions. We had a few issues with internet/upstairs tv - but issues were resolved that day. We would definitely visit again. Beds and pillows are also very comfortable!

10/10 – Highly Recommend! This house was absolutely perfect for our pre-cruise stay! Everyone had their own spacious king-size bedroom with a private bathroom, which made getting ready and relaxing so easy and comfortable.The home was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of space for our entire group. The pool and jacuzzi were great bonuses, and the house was conveniently located about 30 minutes from the Orlando airport, making travel in and out very easy.This place was the perfect start to our cruise and helped set the tone for an amazing trip. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to any group or family traveling together!

The house Was clean and spacious, host answers questions fast good communication with the host. The only thing was in the frozen restroom the water was cold for the shower. Anything else was great thank you for let Us stay at this house.

Fantastic vacation spot

We loved this property. It was perfect for us our adult children and grandchildren. It was close to all ammenities and Disney. The pool on site was awesome as was the resort waterslide. Loved our stay.

Great place to stay

This was an excellent property to stay at. Close to all the amenities. Only recommendation would be more kitchen towels and a second refrigerator so we didn’t have to go to the grocery store so often.

We are so happy that you thought our home was excellent and we thank you for the kind words that you sent in your email - "Thank you for the perfect home for our big group! The pool and hot tub, and the garage game area were huge hits! You’ve done a great job decorating it Disney themed." We are a little disappointed that you took away a star because we only have one fridge. As we discussed prior to your stay, it is standard for all 6BR homes at Encore to have one full-size refrigerator and that ours was a GE side-by-side model.

Great stay!

Big house with great amenities and included access to resort pool, water slides, and sports courts. Pool heating included as well which is an added bonus. Host was super responsive to any questions we had during the stay and facilitated early check in for us at no charge. We love coming to this resort and is a great place to stay with close location to Disney and universal.

We are ardent fans of the city of Orlando, Florida and the diverse set of experiences it has on offer. We truly enjoy coming to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, LegoLand for several years now along with our family and cannot thank several hosts who have made us extremely welcome and comfortable while in the city. We are hosting homes and love to reciprocate the warmth with our guests to have a memorable experience. It's been a long time dream to have our own Orlando/Kissimmee vacation home. After about 6-months of looking, we found this home that we instantly connected with and admired its humble and warm appeal.

Location, location, location! Only 6 miles to the main gate and 8 miles on the highway to the west gate, we're right on Disney's doorstep. Not to mention, the Encore Club is a resort in itself with a full service clubhouse and an amazing waterpark onsite. We love the concept of guest check-in at a central location, concierge services, the gym, the bar, the restaurant and all the amenities that Encore Club has to offer. You get the best of both worlds - a resort experience with all the luxury of a spacious private pool home with a game room. There is onsite property management available at your service for any items that require your attention, with daily garbage pickup and various services at your disposal.

This home is also our family's vacation home and hence we take care of this just like our own home. We love to share this home with all our friends, family and guests that will make them comfortable for a home away from home.
