Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautiful waterfront location. Keep your boat at our dock and spend the week fishing, boating or beaching. Use our kayaks to paddle across the cove to Bluff Point State Park. Walk down the block to the neighborhood's private beach. Or just relax and enjoy the water from our large deck! Close to Mystic, Avery Point, Branford House, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, a short drive to Rhode Island attractions and so much more!

The space
Large kitchen and open floor plan to dining room and living room. Queen size bedroom on first floor with adjoining full size bathroom.

Second floor features master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom and water views. Second bedroom has queen size bed with partial water view.
Third bedroom has full size bed. Second and third bedroom share full size bath in hallway. All bedrooms feature blackout curtains and comfortable linens.

Large deck with fenced backyard for kids and pets.

Dedicated work space with monitor and wifi printer available for guest use.

Bright and airy windows throughout the house offer direct views of Bakers Cove and Long Island Sound!

The home was in a great location, spotless,fabulously efficient kitchen, and wonderful viewRight on the water!Host was soooo nice and came and fixed a problem we had in the backyard within hours of me messaging her. Wonderful to work with!

What a perfect way to spend a few days celebrating our daughters commissioning from the US Coast Guard Academy. The house was beautiful inside and out. The weather was perfect to sit outside on the back deck overlooking the water. The beds were SO comfortable! Rooms well equipped with fans and ac which was a plus! The hosts were so accommodating and thoughtful . We would 100% stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property and perfect in every way! The hosts didn’t miss a beat with all of the amenities that make it a true home away from home. And the sunrises from the back yard are as good as they get!

What a beautiful property overlooking the water. The house was well appointed and had everything you needed or wanted. We enjoyed kayaking, playing cornhole, playing cards at night, barbecuing, walking at sunset to the small beach. It was close in proximity to Mystic, vineyards, and Mohegan Sun for day trips. It was a wonderful weekend and would stay there definitely again.

Best of the Best! And here is why:The hosts (Carrie & Jon) were so gracious and responsive, and their good taste and caring was reflected in the property itself, which was bright, sparkling clean, very comfortable, with all amenities, not to mention a beautiful view of the water!Specifically,1) Great layout of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms; easy to settle in right away2) Kitchen was well-equipped (seriously!!)3) Bedrooms were bright, beds were VERY comfortable, with spacious bathrooms4) Appliances were high quality5) Location and view as well as access to the water were delightful; there is a fenced in yard, which we found to be perfect for our 2-year old toddler and small dog; plus, there is a “put-in” for the kayaks (which were equipped with paddles and life vests)6) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.On top of all that, Carrie & Jon provided an amazing and thoughtful welcome experience. We were there to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and the hosts had a birthday banner up and left beautiful flowers along with a nice note, bottle of wine, delicious bread from a local bakery, and some dog treats. As someone who creates special moments like this for corporate customers I really appreciated their care and attention to detail.There are not enough stars to award this property; we HIGHLY recommend!

Upon opening the front door, you are welcomed by a gorgeous water view and a clean, beautiful and inviting home. Our host left thoughtful and delicious welcome gifts, not only for us but for our cat. You will want for nothing. From paper products to towels to toiletries to kitchen staples to utensils to dishware to glasses and cups to cookware and everything else you could possibly need.....they are all luxuriously provided. The air conditioners are efficient and quiet, plus there are modern ceiling fans in all the rooms. There is a cordless stick vacuum available, which is especially invaluable for vacationers with pets and children. The whole house is beautifully appointed and immaculate and has a calming beachy vibe. From the large deck we watched boaters, paddleboarders, kayakers, shorebirds and small planes that took off and landed at the nearby airport. From outdoor games such as cornhole and Connect 4 to indoor board games and the beach with a playground which is 3 minutes away, there is always something fun to do! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again! Carrie, our host, responded quickly to the few questions that we had. Just book your own stay and prepare to be WOWED!!

This was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. The house was not only comfortable it was clean and had everything you could need. All the bedrooms were amazing and so were the bathrooms. Outdoors was AMAZING. The view and the yard and the furniture, the Kayakes and the gated yard all 10 plus plus. We could have stayed all summer. Carrie was very responsive and her welcome book was unlike any other I have every seen. The neighborhood was quiet, the water was delightful and the lobster market next door was soooooo good. The pictures are exactly like the house. I hate to write more since it will be booked when we want to return. BUT if you want to relax and unwind this is the absoulute perfect location to do it.

This home was in excellent condition and perfect for our vacation. The hosts have a beautiful garden and left a lovely vase of flowers inside. The site photos are very accurate and the house is well appointed. Appliances are modern and the home is filled with beautiful plants. We brought our small, elderly dog and he did very well with the easy stairs down to the yard. I sprained my ankle the day before we traveled so the easy steps were great for me too! The hosts are gracious, knowledgeable, and kind. We're excited to return!
