The estate, cottages, hosts, lake, morning fog and sound of the loons were absolutely amazing. It made our 1st trip to Maine even more special and we will be back!! Much appreciation for you sharing your heart and vision of this beautiful historical area.

This property is pure magic! Kerry and Justin are incredible hosts. They have an eye for making everything beautiful and we were happy, peaceful and filled with joy the whole time we were there. Thank you and see you next year we hope!

Wonderful Lake House

We had a wonderful stay! House and property are amazing, the pond is perfect for swimming and kayaking, the hosts were great and provided many personal touches. They also have a really fun farm boutique on the property. Highly recommended!

A little piece of heaven!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! It was absolutely beautiful, charming, and relaxing. Our hosts were very helpful and we hope to return again in the future!

Amazing Lakefront Cabin

Spent six amazing nights at the Blenheim Park cabins with my wife. We swam, kayaked, cooked fresh seafood, drank wine, and soaked up the amazing energy of this place. We’re from Maine and have been coming back to visit for many summers. This place is as good as it gets.

Idyllic vacation setting

The two buildings are just lovely and the setting is breathtaking. Being able to step out the door and into a kayak whenever we wanted was a particularly wonderful part of the stay. The property is ideally situated for exploring all the wonderful surrounding areas. We hope to return again next year.

A slice of Heaven with cherries on top

After you pass the Cherry orchards on your drive to the Teahouse, you’ll see the beautiful flower beds and the pristine lake, and you’ll know this is the perfect spot for a dream vacation. Owners are terrific.

Our stay here was delightful. The hosts were communicative and honestly the whole stay was seamless. The Tea House and Bunk House were both very clean and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were just as comfortable as the indoor ones. The property description is correct: given how close you are to the water, this would not be an appropriate place to say with young kids or who were not strong swimmers.

Stunning

Couldn’t get any closer to the lake. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Water was warm and deep for great swimming, and we saw (and heard) many loons. Great week.

Peaceful retreat

We love nature, and this setting exceeded our expectations! The star gazing was awesome. Sound of loons, Water lapping against the shore, otters, birds! Close to the ocean and nearby towns but very private and tranquil!

Lovely

We spent a peaceful week at this unique property. Very comfortable accommodations. Beautiful setting right on McCurdy Pond. Lake is quiet and clean. No jet skis or loud power boats. Great for kayaking. There are good restaurants and hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Two Weeks

Loved my time here. So peaceful with a lake practically to yourself (and the loons). The teahouse was comfortable and charming and I loved sleeping in the boathouse. What a special place. Kerry and Justin were perfect hosts. Thank you for the archery lesson, Justin!

Unique and Magical

An incredibly unique, peaceful and restful location. Sitting on the porch, listening to the loons, calms the soul. Kerry was delightful and responsive to our every need.

Paradise

We loved our return visit to Blenheim Park! Completely relaxing with all the amenities you may need and some you don’t even realize that you need, like the croquet and bocce sets, the canoes and kayaks, and the fire pit and gas grill! We plan to return next year, and the year after that. . . .

Another wonderful stay!

Returning for a second stay and it did not disappoint! It is such a peaceful and lovely spot and Kerry and Justin are the best hosts. The tea house has everything you need and the boat house is perfectly relaxing. It was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the fog on the water….even the few rainy days were great. We love coming here and always wish we had more time. Thank you!

If I had an option to give this property 20 stars, I would. This property is a slice of heaven. Every detail to make our stay perfect was considered. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and linens, fresh flowers for our enjoyment. If you are interested in a peaceful stay, this is the place. No motor boats allowed, just the occasional kayak and paddleboarder. The hosts are so incredibly lovely and they want to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Cannot wait to return!

A Slice of Heaven

If you are looking for beautiful seclusion yet near the best that Maine has to offer, this is a lovely place to stay. You can just relax on the property and not go anywhere while enjoying the amazing scenery, go on hikes, fish off your front porch, use their kayaks to go on the lake, swim, snooze in the hammocks, and enjoy the fire pit and awesome night sky that is blanketed with stars. Easy to take day trips to beautiful spots in mid-coast Maine and great restaurants abound. The only problem is vacations are never long enough and you won't want to leave!

Quiet, restful and wonderful.

The "Tea house" is absolutely lovely, and the "Boat house" with the 3 bedrooms and bath made for a wonderful stay. Although it was partially grey and cold they have both a gas fire place in the living room and a fire pit outside between the "Tea house" and the "Boat house. There are no motorboats on the pond so it's so quiet you can hear the loons. With both the kayaks and the inflatable row boat you can really enjoy the water. We had the best time.

A lovely stay!

We absolutely adored this property! It is so unique, well appointed and cozy. The owners are nearby but you would never know - you definitely feel like you are alone on the pond, which is exactly what we were looking for! The pond itself is almost undiscovered, with very few properties on it. So quiet and peaceful. We were able to kayak every morning with the loons and even see a bald eagle one morning! The location of the property is perfect - so close to Damariscotta to get groceries and within 20 minutes of the ocean. Pemaquid point is nearby and so many other attractions. This is a special place, and was perfect for our family of three - would definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. It was a true get-away, feeling like a step back in time (with today’s amenities). We enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, and being immersed in the beauty of the lake, wildflowers, and detailed decor. I kept taking pictures because I wanted to remember exactly how beautiful everything was. Appreciated the selection of movies, board games, and books for a rainy day. Hosts were lovely, lived on property, available when needed but were not overbearing, maintaining privacy. Gift ship on property, breathtaking inside, with uniquely perfect gifts and souvenirs. This was the first vacation in a long time where I was not ready to come home. Feel extremely blessed to have stayed there. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property

The owners have created an unforgettable experience that combines living space, sleeping space and playing space. The gardens are gorgeous, fire pit inviting, and the smallest details are thought through. The "tea house" is a beautiful spot right in the lake. The sleeping space - the "boat house" was comfortable and we were extra glad for an AC unit in the main bedroom. Thoughtfully decorated to feel casual and inviting, the rockers and small table on the deck are lovely touches. The third bed is in a shared space (with the other 2 sleeping areas and bath) but it worked fine for us. Was wonderful to wake up to the waves lapping on the rocks below the cottage.

A Charming Treasure

Our week was serene and peaceful. We were looking for quiet beauty and we found it here. Justin and Kerry were the perfect hosts and took care with all the necessities and surprising fun little extra details that only brought added charm to an already magical location. Morning coffee on the porch overlooking the pond, listening to the calls of the loons, swinging in a hammock made for two, enjoying wine by the fireside, kayaking around the islands, s'mores by an outdoor firepit and gazing at the star studded skies were only a handful of some of our best memories. This is truly a magical place filled with charm and natural beauty. We did not want to leave!

Beautiful, peaceful retreat

Words can’t describe these beautiful cottages and property on idyllic McCurdy Pond. It is evident that Kerry and Justin have poured their hearts, souls, and artistry into preserving Blenheim Park and creating a magical experience for their guests. The cottages are gorgeous and well-appointed without being so precious that I worried about my 11 year old wrecking the place. Perfect retreat for a couple or small family with an older child who can appreciate solitude and simplicity. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and would stay forever if we could! The surrounding mid coast area offers something for everyone, but most days we were content to nap/read in the tea house or on the patio, swim and paddle around in the kayaks or just sit by the fire and watch the stars.
