Set on the Linekin Bay waterfront, this 3BR/1.5BA cottage is just steps from the water! Set off on a paddling adventure with the provided kayaks and canoe.
Grill out and dine alfresco on the deck or at the waterside picnic table. Savor a crisp beverage as you recline in an Adirondack chair.
In the evening, gather around the firepit at the water's edge and gaze at the stars.
You'll love the forest-view sunroom and the exposed wood beams throughout.

The living room is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and wood stove, and a smart TV.
Enjoy quiet afternoons in the light-filled sunroom.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances and a lobster pot.
The dining table offers seating for six and the kitchen bar seats four.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.
The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.
The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a smart TV.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a smart TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

This beautiful backyard offers private dock access to Linekin Bay, as well as two kayaks and a canoe. Dine at the waterfront picnic table or gather around the wood firepit.

The side deck offers Adirondack seating and forest views.

Parking is available for up to four cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

The house is in a great location, close to town and secluded on a beautiful lake. Check-in and out was great! The house was definitely Maine. Other than not being able to find pot holders the kitchen was decent. Nothing to write home about, the coffee cups have been well used but it felt like a well loved home that kids were comfortable in. They had a blast kayaking and canoeing and said they would stay again, so that is a win in my book.

Above Expectations
My family loved the comfortable bedrooms , spacious living areas and kitchen . This house was perfect for a cozy girls trip .We played board games , watched Netflix on their nice TVs ,cooked and went on walks . We parked at Booth Bay Center and visited the bridge,exploring town . We saw a huge starfish in the water there! Some cold days during our visit in April but this house was warm .

Beautiful property. Very spacious home on a beautiful lot! We truly enjoyed our stay, but I would add that the kitchen and the kitchen supplies need to be updated. Coffee maker should be replaced as it took a very long time to make the coffee. The pots and pans had to be washed before we could use them and the kitchen drawers and cupboards were not as clean as they should’ve been, also, the sofa was quite dirty and stained. Those are the only negatives, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable! Loved the private dock and kayak and canoe availability. Location was wonderful in the beautiful area of Boothbay Harbor.

We had a verydifficult time with the coded lock on the door. It took 5 tries to get in initially and when we went out we had to leave a deck door open to reenter. When we came back the door was wide open. It took 2 days and 2 phone calls for someone to come out and fix the lock. He also gave us the key from the lock box that we were never told about. Very frustrating experience.

Perfect retreat
Loved the location and proximity to Boothbay harbor. Thoroughly enjoyed being on the lake and exploring in the kayaks, We relaxed at the end of the day by the firepit to enjoy the sunsets. Getting to town, the beach, and the botanical garden was easy.

Lovely stay
It was a beautiful house on a very scenic lot, my fiancé and I very much enjoyed our stay. I would only note, that much of the town is closed during the first week of November, so beware of that!

Quiet pretty spot close to town

Great family vacation. House is well- maintained, has plenty of living room and dining room seating, and kitchen cookware. Enjoyed the lake view, the fire pit and kayaks. Close proximity to town. The fans kept the house comfortable in the 85 degree days.

Beautiful waterfront location
We had an amazing time with our family of four. Very clean, easy check in process and we loved the property, right on the water with great views. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and canoe and loved the fire pit right by the lake. Would highly recommend this property for a family stay!!

Private, clean, comfortable
We loved our stay at this cabin! Check-in was easy, the cabin was very clean, plenty of space for our family (and dogs!). We loved the location being so close to the harbor. We fished, kayaked, enjoyed coffee on the dock and s'mores by the fire pit. Very relaxing, and plenty to do!

Peaceful lakefront house

amazing pond house!
We loved the canoe, the dock, the sunset over the pond and swimming at the pond beach. The house was great for cooking and so close to many restaurants, bakeries, and beautiful coastal destinations. We want to come back!

Perfect hideaway for a family of 4.
Plenty of space for a family of 4. Kitchen well fitted. Comfortable bedding. A mere 5 min drive from Boothbay Harbor. Really quite neighborhood. Would love to go back during summer time to enjoy the lake.

Nice camp getaway
Nice camp property on large lot with direct pond access. Very quiet neighborhood and less than 2 miles from Boothbay harbor. Convenient and out of crowds. We loved the big open kitchen and the dock with canoes. 3 year old granddaughter loved to play in the large yard.
