Built in 2016, this beautifully maintained condo combines the comfort of home with the convenience of resort-style amenities including a heated saltwater pool, clubhouse, gym, and gathering space.

Everything was great. Clean and ready for us. The owners were available when we couldn’t figure out how to get in (totally us, the directions were perfect).

Great condo close to several quaint towns. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Loved the gym and pool. On a busy street but used my white noise app at night and that took care of it.

The condo is lovely!! Just as pictured and very clean!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. It's in a great central location---easy to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owners is easy. I highly recommend!

We’ve always believed the best vacations aren’t about checking things off a list — they’re about the moments you remember long after you head home.

That’s exactly why we fell in love with Southern Maine.

There’s something special about mornings that start with coffee and salty ocean air, afternoons spent at the beach or by the pool, and evenings filled with lobster rolls, ice cream runs, family games, and sunset walks through Ogunquit. We wanted to create a place where families, couples, and friends could slow down, reconnect, and enjoy all the little things that make a Maine vacation unforgettable.

Our condo is designed to feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming — whether you’re coming back from a beach day with sandy feet and sleepy kids or planning a quiet weekend getaway along the coast. We love sharing our favorite local spots, hidden gems, restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches with guests so they can experience the area like locals instead of tourists.

One of our favorite traditions is reading the notes guests leave behind in our guestbook. Over the years, it’s become a collection of family memories, celebrations, laughter, and special moments that remind us why we love hosting.

We hope your stay becomes one of those memories too.

What makes our property unique is the combination of location, comfort, and the kind of Maine vacation experience guests are really looking for.

We’re close enough to enjoy everything Southern Maine has to offer — Wells Beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions — while still being tucked into a quieter and more relaxing setting away from the crowds. Guests love being able to spend the day at the beach and then come back to unwind by the heated saltwater pool or relax on the private deck.

The condo itself was built in 2016, which is relatively rare for the area, so it feels bright, modern, clean, and spacious compared to many older coastal rentals. The family-friendly layout with two full bathrooms, bunk beds with full-size mattresses, open-concept living space, and in-unit laundry makes traveling easy and comfortable for both families and couples.

One of our favorite parts of hosting is helping guests experience the area like locals. We provide a curated guide with our favorite beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and hidden gems throughout the Maine coast.

Most of all, we want guests to feel like they’re creating memories here — not just booking a place to stay. Over the years, our guestbook has become filled with stories from beach trips, family vacations, anniversaries, and special moments, and we love being a small part of those experiences.
