I’m sorry about the inconvenience with the check-in setup. We’ll review our guest access procedures and check-in instructions to make it easier for alternate/early arrivals to obtain entry. Thank you for the notes about the balcony furniture and bedding. We’ll evaluate more comfortable seating options and add clearer information about the type of blankets/comforters provided so future guests know what to expect. I appreciate you flagging the kitchen safety concern. We’ll ensure knives and other hazardous items are secured and check drawers with families in mind to prevent issues like this. Regarding beach items, the sign is meant to prevent left-behind, unsanitary items—but I understand how that can feel wasteful. We’ll review how we communicate this policy and explore better options.
