Huge covered porch with large eat in kitchen, formal dining, plenty of room for relaxing in either the living room or family room. All 4BR are upstairs. NEW YARD FEATURES for Summer 2026: Custom patio pavers for bbq & entertaining, new outdoor dining table set and outdoor couch/chairs, artificial turf. Nice location still close to beach & boardwalk action but also downtown shopping & dining! 4 Badges to beach included, NEW to the Shore Points Vacations rental program!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
