Our stay this weekend was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. The check-in process was seamless, the communication was excellent, and the property was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the elevator was especially helpful and greatly appreciated throughout our stay.Amber, the owner, was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Her outstanding hospitality helped make our experience even more enjoyable. The property also offered excellent value for the price. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to others. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The backyard is what truly sets this property apart—it’s beautiful and was where we spent most of our time. There were so many great amenities, and the owners had thought of everything, even providing a cute inflatable pool for our grandbabies along with the pump to inflate it.The house was perfect for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend. Communication with the owners was easy, prompt, and friendly from start to finish. We experienced no issues during our stay and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation. Our family of 10 really enjoyed this home with all the amenities. The game room was a real hit. All the bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our group. The kitchen was well stocked and was useful for all our cooking needs. The guys used the outdoor grill several times. The yard was large and well manicured for sports games. The dock area had everything you need including water, kayaks, Lilly pads, seating, shed full of life jackets and fishing rods, a cabana with a refrigerator and TV. Back patio had a hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating. The helpful surprise was the freight elevator which was very useful for this old grandma! Even the neighbors were friendly. There is a lot of boat traffic on the lake but all slowed down as they approach the bridge. You’re across the water from Wakepoint restaurant with live music for your enjoyment. The hostess was informative and provided easy instructions for everything in the 3 ring binder on the kitchen bar. This place is definitely on our visit again list.

We stayed at Riverbend House for the weekend to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday! The house and property were perfect! The little touches that Amber did was unmatched! The game room was wonderful and having its own AC, allowed the teenagers to entertain themselves in the hot Texas heat! All of the bedrooms were very well decorated, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well (both up and downstairs units). The kitchen/laundry were stocked very well with utensils, pots/pans/crockpot/coffeemaker and enough laundry detergent already there! The dock, shed and cabana was incredible. Plenty of seating for everyone, and enough life jackets for all ages. Kayaks (2) and lily pads (2) added a touch for the kids to enjoy the water! Ski lift also worked very well for the ski boat we rented! If you want plenty of space, functional house, shaded yard and dock, don’t pass up on this house!! Thank you for making this weekend the perfect weekend to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday!

From the start, communication was prompt and comprehensive. The description of the home and property was accurate. The home has literally everything one would need and has forgotten at home . I came with my husband and teenagers and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The availability of kayaks was so nice and that stretch of the lake was perfect for kayaking, not too busy with boats/jet skis. My kids kayaked over to Wakepoint and had lunch ! Rooms slept perfectly ! The only negative is that we had a hard time leaving

You won’t be disappointed!

This house has everything you could want at the lake and more. The house had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and the outside was amazing. We spent the majority of our time outside or on the dock. The house had lots of extras like a stereo, beach towels, the game room, and everything you need to make your stay. We will definitely be staying at this property again. We had the best time.

Best Trip

Our family had such an amazing stay! We rent different houses each summer to come with our extended family, and this has been our favorite house by far. It was incredibly clean, updated, and the attention to detail was unmatched. From sound machines in the bedrooms to throw blankets in the living room, reclining furniture, a closet stocked with puzzles and games, a kitchen full of everything we could possibly need, the fire pits, hot tub, kayaks, speaker and the convenient boat house - everything has been kept up so well. The kids loved the game room and lily pads too! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us!

Exactly as Described - A Perfect Getaway

The stay was wonderful - exceeding all expectations in every way. The house had a great layout, was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. They thought of everything! The well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample towels, thoughtful welcome basket were appreciated. Pack clothes, food, and drinks - everything else was provided. Many favorite extras, pool table, board games, PacMan machine, separate game room/space for kids, beach towels and plenty of outdoor seating. The location was convenient. Communication with the Amber was excellent, prompt, and helpful. Will definitely stay again!!

Incredible Lakefront Stay for the Whole Family!

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches that included a generous welcome basket that made us feel right at home. The home itself was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The highlight for us was the accessibility. There was a lift outside that made it so much easier for my handicap mother to move around safely and comfortably, which we greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that accommodates everyone in the family so well. The lake views were stunning, and we spent hours relaxing on the deck and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. My teenage nephews especially loved the game room. It was fully equipped and kept them entertained for hours! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, and every detail of the home was thoughtfully curated to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and inclusive lake getaway.
The backyard is wonderful!
