Both King masters have full walk-in showers. One queen bedroom has its own bathroom, and the other shares a 4th full bath with the bunk room. Full Laundry room is located upstairs as well. Guests will have plenty of room to relax in the large open kitchen/living/dining area. From this space, walk out the backdoor to a large, screened porch overlooking the pool area.

Inside:
Everything is whitewashed shiplap walls and stained tongue and groove ceilings with no sheetrock, giving this home a unique old beach house feel with all of the modern amenities. The kitchen features a large island and plenty of counterspace to cook for large groups. Fully stocked with stainless cookware, knives, mixing bowls, etc.

Outside:
Gunite pool with a large sun shelf perfect for smaller kids or for someone looking to relax in the heat. There is plenty of parking available in front and down the right-hand side of the house with enough room for boat/trailer parking as well. Bring your boat with you and enjoy a 2 minute ride to the local boat ramp.

The Slack Tide House is located in one of the best areas in Mexico Beach for several reasons. It is off the main road enough that you have peace and quiet, the beach is just a short walk, and you are walking distance or a short drive to several of Mexico Beach's most popular spots.
