Looking for a great beach family or friend vacation? Look no further!! “Latitude Adjustment” is the perfect place to make memories, relax, and just get away from it all. Gulf views from the home, and only a one minute walk to beautiful emerald waters and the pristine white sands of Mexico Beach await!

This 2025 built 2,400+ sq. ft home has 4 Bedrooms & 3.5 Baths located in Mexico Beach. This charming home features a spacious open floor plan on the main level with a gourmet, well-stocked kitchen that any travelling chef will appreciate. Two king master bedrooms with large private baths, an additional queen guest room, and bunk bed room with a twin over full and a twin-size trundle offer for a perfect multi-family setup. Beautifully landscaped, private backyard with an outdoor shower provides a nice finishing touch to the property. Help yourself to a fresh lime from our tree in the backyard to cap off that tropical drink and then sit back and enjoy the beautiful gulf view, tropical breezes, and stunning sunset from the lower and upper-level decks!

Mexico Beach is known for its beautiful beaches and charming, laid-back feel, and has something for everyone, including fishing and other water sports like kayaking, kiteboarding, and paddleboarding, to delicious seafood and shopping. Everyone will truly enjoy their time on the Forgotten Coast!

Interested in exploring the surrounding areas? Head to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, located just a few miles away, where you can hike, bike, or paddle through the park's unspoiled natural beauty. Port St. Joe is just an 18 minutes drive and offers visitors golf at St. Joseph’s Bay Golf Club as well as several great restaurants and cute shops to explore. Panama City Beach is a 45 minute drive and offers multiple attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The house is perfect for a great beach getaway. The house has a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Lots of beach toys, chairs, and even a beach cart available to use. The house was super clean. The ice maker and small grill were great additions. The house is an easy walk to the beach. The hosts responded quickly when I contacted them. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed a great week in this home! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Very open and bright. Had a great layout, too. Everyone in our family, including 2 adult kids, one with a family, had plenty of space to retreat to when needed. Enjoyed lots of time on the decks; top one gets a better breeze! Definitely able to see the water, especially top floor. It is a peaceful area and the surrounding homes are well kept. Very short walk to the beach. Has a good amount of parking. We had two large trucks and two boats. All agree that we would love to stay here again sometime! Bedrooms are bright at night due to neighboring homes outside lighting. If you’re a light sensitive sleeper, maybe bring a sleep mask. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! Very clean and modern with the perfect mix of coastal vibes. A Week to Remember!!

The house is absolutely amazing and the owners are even better. I’ve never had a host that was more accommodating. when I say everything you need is there, I mean everything. The beach is a close, easy walk as well. We even got to top off our trip watching the fireworks on the fourth. I’m already planning our next trip!!

Absolutely loved this beach house! The host was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Check-in was easy and the house was so clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and the storage area downstairs was supplied with plenty of extra chairs, a beach cart that came in handy , fun activity supplies like pickleball paddles& a net, cornhole boards & bags, footballs, chalk, and stuff for sand castles, swimming, and boogie boarding. We really appreciated that part plus all the extra beach towels provided!! We enjoyed sitting out on the balconies and the living room was so comfy. The pictures really don’t highlight how beautiful this house is. We also loved the neighbor’s friendly cats. The walk to the beach was so quick and the outside shower was so helpful to wash all the sand off before going into the house . We did wish there was more backyard lighting for late night corn-hole games. Also wished a larger grill had been provided, especially for bigger parties like us (9) . Overall, we loved this house and hope to stay here in the coming years!

This property was amazing! Very clean, close to the beach and looked just like the pictures. The extra beach toys, wagon and chairs they provided were the best part. They also have games for kids and yard toys for everyone as well. The master bathrooms are great and the whole house is bright and airy very nice to stay in. We would all highly recommend staying here and hope we get a chance to stay again ourselves! The host was very responsive and accommodating I’d give this whole experience a 10/10 it really was great.
