We are thrilled to hear this! Exactly what we are excited to share with others. So much has been added to this extra large beautifully decorated beach house for comfortability and fun! The game room, the pool, hot tub and the fort! The extra ice makers and refrigerators! LOVE the new downstairs bathroom. It’s paradise! Bring the grandkids back when you can. So happy you had fun, Kathy

We are so happy to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the spacious home. It's especially rewarding to know that the new amenities, including the hot tub and cocktail pool, helped make your experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we would love to welcome you back again in the future, Kathy

We apologize for any inconvenience you had with someone working outside. Glad you enjoyed the inside. All work is complete and pool is open. Come back when you can and enjoy the upgraded environment

Thank you so much Owen! We appreciate you staying with us and your review! You guys were such a treat to host. We hope you will consider coming back! Kathy.

We are so happy you like the upgrades. Guess what…there’s more to come!! Adding a hot tub and a heated swimming pool too!! Oh the fun there is to be had here at “Seaside Beauty”!

We appreciate you staying with us. we love how close this house is to the beach. So convenient to run back to the house and grab a sandwich for lunch. The new owners spent a lot of time and consideration by hiring an interior decorator to help ensure that the Home offers.bedrooms for comforts and gatherings areas big enough for family and friends. We love to hear that it works!!! Come back when you can, Kathy

Thank you so much!! This house is lovely! The new owners hired an interior decorator to update the house with a coastal sophistication while making sure it was comfortable for all ages!! Perfect for a family who wants to spread out or a group of friends who want to gather and go to the beach!! And you’re right about the kitchen. I’ve never seen so many doubles of everything. Double refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, so many doubles! A commercial size ice maker downstairs in the game room for coolers and we are planning on adding a hot tub in 2026 and maybe a swimming pool for the summer of 2027 :)

Thank you very much. We enjoyed your group and hope you all come back to stay again, Kathy

Thank you so much Debbie!! We are so pleased that you all had a great time. And we are super excited to have your family vacation at the big house again next summer!! There’s so much more to fun to be had 😊 Kathy

Thank you so much. We loved working with you too. And we are excited to work with you again summer 2027! We are very happy you love the house. Our owners have put so much time and love in to making this property all it can be! The next amenity the owners are adding is a lift. Now it will be easier to get luggage, groceries, and people up to the house!! Everyone loves a lift.

Thank you for staying with us. And thank you for your review. We do appreciate it. Come back when you can, Kathy
