Explore this amazing metropolis from your very own, spacious and modern, 3 bedroom designer house located on a quiet side street, but less than 5 minutes on foot to boutiques, cafes, bakeries, coffee roasters, 24h convenience stores, restaurants and bars!

The area is as exciting as it is family friendly. Truly a gem.
It's less than 10 minutes to the station on a tree-lined street on foot and only 3 mins by bus, which is a 2 minute walk from the house. It runs straight to the station every 2 minutes and has English signage : )

From Asagaya Station, you can easily reach Tokyo's top tourist destinations. The Chuo line takes you directly to Shinjuku, Ghibli Museum, Akihabara, Tokyo Station in a convenient above-ground train that lets you see Tokyo vistas as you ride.

Famous areas like Harajuku and Shibuya are only a couple of minutes from Shinjuku (only 3 stops from Asagaya on the Rapid!), and the change to the Yamanote line is very easy.

The house has individual, remote-controlled A/C and heat in every room and super high-speed fiber optic internet and wi-fi to handle all of your browsing and streaming needs.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a gourmet coffee station and a Western dining area. And by fully equipped, we mean it.. Please check the pictures!

There is a separate, peaceful Japanese Tatami room available for dinner, tea, board games or just hanging out.

The comfortable and tastefully decorated living room includes a 4k Smart TV with all the Apps and Japanese broadcast TV, as well as a Bluetooth Hi-Fi and a vintage turntable for your entertainment. We particularly enjoy watching Japanese breakfast television on the initial jet-lagged mornings!

BTW, there is a great coffee roaster just around the corner called Desmo, and the bakery by the bus station opens at 6 am. Of course, you can get food and drinks from the nearby convenience stores 24h everyday..

Laundry amenities feature a new, large-capacity washer/dryer, iron/clothes steamer and ironing board as well as a drying rack.

The modern and clean bathroom features a separate shower and tub and washroom.
There are also two separate Toto toilets with washlets.

All bedrooms feature blackout curtains and provide plenty of wardrobe and storage space, complete with hangers.

The beds are all 200cm in length - that's around 6'8" - for your comfort.

It should be noted that if you are a "person of height" you have a reasonable chance of NOT hitting your head in this house : )

4 umbrellas are available (please don't take them home as souvenirs lol) , and there is plenty of space to store your shoes at the entrance. Slippers are provided.

Tokyo is one of the safest cities in the world, and this area is one of the safest in all of Tokyo. So relax and enjoy!
