Welcome to Broadway Breakaway, your spacious home perfect for group trips to Nashville. A beautiful, open layout with plenty of space to entertain! Enjoy a cocktail in the hot tub on the rooftop, entertain in the large kitchen and living space, and spread out to sleep with 4 large bedrooms. We carefully curated the arrangement of the home to maximize space for larger groups.

This home comes with a two car garage, flat screens in every room, and don’t forget- we’re only a 9 minute Uber to broadway! Set up as 4 en-suite bedrooms. A true 4 bed/4 bath design. The rooftop includes a premium hot tub, 55 inch TV, dining table, a refrigerator, and plenty of seating for the entire group! The living space and kitchen on the main floor are an open concept to maximize entertainment space and square footage. This home was designed for vacation stays!

Guests will be able to access the entire home during their stay! Codes for the front door and garage will be sent before check-in.

The neighborhood borders the Cumberland River and allows for easily accessible Ubers/Lyfts to enter downtown and the main attractions that Nashville boasts! The house comes with a two car garage connected to the home and also plenty of free street parking to accommodate multiple vehicles.

Reach out to me for potential accommodations. We have several other options on this street to allow for a double booking and can accommodate up to 24 guests!

Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
