☀ Community Rules 📜 – After booking, you’ll receive important details about the property, house rules, and Big Bass Lake community guidelines.
☀ Primary Renter 🚗 – Must be at least 25 years old to book.
☀ Pet Fee 🐶 – A nominal fee applies for guests bringing pets (must be paid before arrival).
☀ Quiet Hours 🌙 – Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
☀ Parking 🚘 – On-site parking available for multiple vehicles.
☀ Smart Door Lock 🔑 – Access code will be sent prior to check-in for easy, contactless entry.
☀ Propane & Firewood 🔥 – One propane tank is provided for the grill. We do not supply propane or wood for the firepits, but arrangements can be made with prior notice.
☀ Guest Registration 📝 – All guests must be registered with the community. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Registration must be submitted more than 72 hours before check-in. A $50 fee applies to bookings or registrations made within 72 hours of arrival.

To access the amenities at Big Bass Lake Community Association (BBLCA), guests must purchase a pass at one of the following locations:

💲 Pass Prices:
✔ Weekly Pass: $30 per person (non-holiday) | $50 per person (holiday week)
– Valid for 7 consecutive days from the date issued.
– Required for all adults and children over age 7.

✔ Daily Pass: $8 per person (weekday, non-holiday) | $10 per person (weekend or holiday)
– Valid only for the day issued.

🔒 Home Damage Protection
Your total price includes a $50 damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage during your stay. This is a damage waiver, not insurance.

Prefer a fully refundable deposit instead? Message us before your stay and we`ll set up a $1,000 refundable security deposit instead — returned in full after checkout if no damage occurs.
