During this time, the association will be resurfacing the pool and hot tub, improving the pool deck, and refreshing the surrounding landscaping. All other community amenities, including the fitness centers, cold plunges, and sports courts, will remain open. The association also plans to offer family-friendly activities in the lower field throughout the closure, including lawn games, Water Slide Saturdays, and select food and beverage service.

We had a wonderful stay on Kauai! Loved being on the ground floor so the kids could play in the grass while we enjoyed the lanai. I would say it’s longer than a 2 minute walk to the beach but still definitely walkable even with younger children (over 5 yo). I was a little concerned about not having AC, but with the breezes, it really didn’t get hot. Overall, it was a fantastic trip.

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the coastal inspired upgrades to the space, ideal location for us as we love to walk to the Poipu Shopping Village and the Poipu Athletic Club plus the beach. Enjoyed lots of time on the lanai too, just love everything about Kiahuna Plantation and have been coming for 20 years, hope to book this condo again!

We loved it! The condo was a great size for the two of us. The area was absolutely beautiful and within walking distance to a lot of places. It’s a short, beautiful walk to the beach.The pool is on the other side of the main road, but it was very nice with excellent amenities.There is a nice patio and backyard to watch the sunrise or relax at night.We would absolutely stay here again!

Easy walk to several beaches, shopping and the Athletic Club. It was great to have beach chairs to be able to use! The BBQ was very new and clean. The decor was very well thought out! We absolutely loved our stay in Poipu!

This Poipu condo is in the perfect location on the island. Access to a gym was really important to us and the Poipu Athletic Club did not disappoint. The beach is a super short walk or drive away.

Stunning condo! Loved how the wind flowed through in the middle of the day. Woke up each morning to the birds. Super close to the beach, central to each side of the island.

Our stay at this location was delightful. The complex is fantastic, offering perfect beach access and a beautiful lawn that leads right to the shore. The lawn features a convenient shack where you can rent snorkeling gear for the week and sign up for surf school, among other options. The beach itself is wonderful for learning to surf—we enjoyed watching several people catch their first waves. The unit is located at the far edge of the condo complex, away from the Sheridan Resort and next to Poipu Road. We never made it to the Swim & Tennis club as it was on the opposite site of Poipu Road and away from the beach. We stayed as a group of three—myself, my husband, and our adult son. Privacy in the bedroom was nonexistent as the lack of air conditioning means that the shutters need to say open from the outside and from the bedroom into the living area for natural airflow. We only had one night were the temp kept us awake. When we needed extra cooling, the Coldwell Agency quickly responded to our request and delivered a full standing fan for the living room, which was much appreciated. The full kitchen and the grill near the parking lot were very useful for preparing meals. The unit also had 3 set of snorkels with masks, beach chairs, an umbrella and a bent boogie board which came in handy.

Good location: easy walk to Poipu Beach, and restaurants and shops across the street. Nice decor and comfortable king bed.A couple of things needed repair and these were fixed very quickly per our request. Only downside was that the unit is right beneath the stairs and people are sometimes inconsiderate about their level of noise even in the middle of the night.

We give the property, the property management and the overall experience a 10. Our lanai opened up to a lawn and had a beautiful garden view. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and included an umbrella and beach chairs.

100% recommend this unit. Great location!Close walk to Kiahuna Beach, Poipu Beach, Poipu shopping centre and the athletic club. We just returned from a 10 day stay here and loved it. 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 13). Condo is fully equipped with everything you need. We mostly cook ourselves so appreciate a well stocked condo. The bbq is just steps outside the door and are immaculate. Cleaned spotless daily. The king size bed was so comfy. We used the pull out couch and brought an air mattress for the kids. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed very promptly. We were a bit concerned about no air conditioning but it was not needed. Opening the windows brought in the beautiful trade winds in the evening. Can’t wait to go back.

Extra housekeeping supplies were left for my stay at the location. Extra blankets and fast replies to my text questions about the unit issues. Bad tenants located directly above our unit. Loud children and parents not concerned about other tenants peace and quiet. We had no control over these issues. Something to keep in mind when you book lower level units.

The Athletic Club is nice, it is a short drive or moderate drive away. It’s nice to have the option to walk to the beach, or a short drive to it with parking spots.We were disappointed with the actual accommodations. King bed is okay, but hard. It was advertised for 4, but really it only accommodates little children for the extra 2. The pullout bed is uncomfortable. The unit lacks privacy, there isn’t an actual door to shut to the bedroom and you need the shutters open to have air circulate through the house.There is a Laundry place, but we like a washer and dryer at our unit.The kitchen was dated and not easy to cook on the stovetop.

Pros:The general location was very convenient and close to many restaurants. The unit was very clean. The lanai was nice and private with garden view. The host was very quick to respond to questions. Cons:The hot tub and pool are not onsite. It’s about a 15 min walk through the complex and across the road. The hours were 7am-7pm which was extremely disappointing as we like to soak and relax after busy day and the sun was just barely setting at 7pm. If we had known this, we likely would have stayed somewhere else. We paid a little more to stay here vs another place because of the hot tub. A luxury we normally don’t get. If that is not important to you or you have young kids and want to hang out during the day, the pool area looked very nice. There is no AC in this unit. Not a problem with cooler weather, but a few nights there was no cross breeze. Have to keep the windows open at night and with the roosters crowing and sprinklers that came on at 4-4:30am (sounds like right outside bedroom the window) it was hard to sleep some nights. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. After the first time, we drove to end of complex and then walked the rest of the way.
