When we found this spot, we knew it was where we wanted to create our home and share it with others.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s truly Tamarindo — just the quieter, more natural beachfront edge of town. From here you can easily enjoy everything Tamarindo is known for — restaurants, bars, shops, tours, and surf — while still coming home to a peaceful oceanfront setting surrounded by gardens, wildlife, sunsets, and estuary views.
