Exactly as described. Great ocean front property that is suitable for families. Only thing to be aware of is stairs down to the beach and gate latches. Recommend sandals or flip flops to avoid splinters on the stairs and gate latches to be intentional when closing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Fantasea for several years and really like the house very much. We love the layout as well as location on Fantasea. The staff at Landmark was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a few things that were not working as they should - plus there were stains on a couple of mattress pads.

Everything about this property is as advertised plus. The kitchen has everything available for in home cooking or whatever might be needed and plenty of table space for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and bedding was supplied. The elevator is a big plus and functioned well with no issues. The 2 main king suites on the top deck were perfect for ocean listening at night and viewing in the mornings. Bottom line is that this was well worth the price. We have stayed at many units with VRBO over the years and this is one of our favorites. The hosts were very accommodating. We will certainly consider this for our next future visits.

Beautiful, spacious home - great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great Spring Break at Fantasea! It’s a very spacious and well appointed house that sits right on the beach. All as advertised in the pics and description. Incredible views. The beach is quiet - not desolate, but we had lots of space to ourselves and never felt crowded by other beach goers. We were disappointed that there was no grill, but we rented one from Beach Bliss rentals for about $150 for the week. A reasonable solution. The TV room has comfortable furniture that accommodated our family (including 3 big teenage boys) comfortably and the big TV was great for watching basketball and movies. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and cookware that we needed. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The showers in all bathrooms were underwhelming, but the great jacuzzi bathtubs made up for that. Landmark was extremely responsive to the (minimal) questions we raised - where can we rent a grill, how do we get the hot tub turned on. Great house, great location, great trip. We’ll be back!

Place is getting a little old and decking is worn, to be fair doesn’t take long near the ocean, but still worth the cost/price. Great beach access and views. Probably would have rated higher but the refrigerator was bad when we got there and they didn’t get it replaced until the afternoon before we left, so no fridge the whole trip for 20 people and no real restaurants in the area for large groups, it was “challenging.” Dryer also doesn’t dry properly downstairs and upstairs washing machine is not working. It has a for sale sign up so not sure they are wanting to invest in fixing things, outdoor shower pipe leaked too.

We truly apologize for fridge being out for the majority of your stay. While we were able to get the appliance repair company there quickly, they could not fix it, and it unfortunately took a few days to get a new one ordered and installed. We have alerted the owners regarding the washer and dryer and will ensure these issues are corrected going forward. We appreicate your feedback and hope to get to host you at a future date.
