Vores Condo er i populært, børnevenligt Tower Shores, væk fra folkemængderne med din egen private strand.
Det er cirka 3 miles fra downtown Bethany Beach og støder op til Delaware Seashore State Park. Det 6 sovepladser komfortabelt med et åbent køkken / alrum indstilling for alle at mødes.
Der er to dæk, en i front og en i ryggen hvor du kan spise middag se solnedgangen over bugten. Det store soveværelse har en queen size seng med skydere til ryggen dækket. Den bageste soveværelse har også adgang til den bageste dæk. Den forreste soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og plads til en pakke n 'play. Der er parkering til rådighed for op til tre biler på det overordnede niveau. Derudover er der to varm / kold uden brusere.
I lejligheden er udstyret med central air; wi-fi, to tv, stereoanlæg og et komplet køkken med alle faciliteter.
Der er en restaurant / bar i gåafstand til Happy Hour eller en lækker seafood middag.
Cykelstier vil tage dig sydpå til Bethany Beach, South Bethany og Fenwick Island. Går nord, kan du rejser til Delaware Seashore State Park, Dewey Beach og Rehoboth. Bugten er til venstre, og havet er til højre. Du kunne ikke bede om en bedre placering!

Lovely updated condo in Tower Shores

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was a welcome surprise to see that it was recently updated. One of the rooms contained some children’s toys and books which my 4 year old loved. The condo is a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the boardwalk. We will be booking again.

Beautiful sunsets over the bay and steps from the ocean

Grace was great at communicating and the property is beautiful. We loved our stay and took advantage of the short walk to the beach each day. Very comfortable and accommodating.

Great beach home

Great clean, beach home, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Kitchen had all the gear we needed for cooking all week. Perfect for our family beach week.

AMAZING stay!

This is absolutely one of my very favorite rentals I’ve ever had. It was so perfect for my family—we have a 4 year old and 10 month old and had a wonderful vacation. They have a closet full of toys and even have kid utensils, plates, and cups in the cupboard. The short walk to the beach is so easy and the private beach makes it relaxing. I’ve stayed in a lot of different rentals along the Delaware shore and this is definitely one of my very favorites. The pictures do not do this place justice. Its renovated, beautiful and SO clean! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the porch has a beautiful view to enjoy of the bay sunset. I love this place—thank you, Grace! We will definitely be back soon.

Great location and nice views!

The house was updated, comfortable and clean. The location is great, a very short walk to the beach. Bay and sunset views were nice. A good choice for families.

Beach delight

This is a beautiful place. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and the beach was not too crowded. Very family oriented. There's also a back deck off two of the bedrooms which was like a little nature preserve. Lots of birds and trees and very private. It is on the 2nd floor helps the views but gives a workout bringing up and down all the stuff. Very clean with all the supplies we needed. Thanks for having us

Another fabulous stay at the NIDA

We had such a fabulous week!! The brand New updated Kitchen and new flooring made all the difference! Wow!! Also, meeting Grace was an added bonus and it was such a pleasure staying here as always!! Can’t wait to come back! ♥️

Cozy cute place

My stay was really nice. The place is very close to the beach. It’s a quick walk. The owner is super helpful and communicative. It was a great place to stay for a week.

Steps from the beach!

Our family of two adults and one toddler was comfortable and happy in this well equipped, clean beach retreat. Washer/dryer and full kitchen were big pluses for family travel on a budget. The views of the intercoastal during the day were beautiful, and the night sky from the back deck was spectacular. We will book again next year!

Wonderful and relaxing time at the NIDA

Grace has done an amazing job updating the unit. I have stayed in this unit since the early 80’s and this is one of the best properties to stay in at Tower Shores. You have everything you need in the beautifully decorated unit and we loved eating out on the back deck with views of the sunset over the bay. My 7 year old son loved the New bunk beds, easy access to the beach, outside showers and smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds comfy and we were so sad to leave. I have had many years of beautiful memories staying at the NIDA and I am so thankful Grace continues to rent this unit for others to enjoy. Thank you!!

Great location & accommodations

Just had a relaxing week at this lovely condo situated perfectly within walking distance between the bay and ocean. Enjoyed the private beach, biking around the neighborhood, and seclusion yet convenience to Bethany boardwalk & outlet shops. The sunset views from the front deck were just lovely. We recommend this condo to your family!

Father's Day Weekend Retreat

We returned to Grace's condo for an extended Father Day's weekend this year, and it was great again! Location, location, location! Ideally situated between Rehoboth/Dewey and Bethany in a quiter, family friendly neighborhood that has a very short walk to the beach which was not busy at all. Highly recommend!

Paradise at Tower Shores

This is our second stay, and we love this condo. It has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and everything you need for an amazing vacation. It is a 30 second walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Grace is wonderful, and we hope to come back next year!

Wonderful place and owner!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo! The space is bright, welcoming, and very clean. It's close to the beach, and the views of the sunset over the Bay are spectacular. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions before and during the stay. We look forward to coming again next year!

Charming beach condo

Great location. Short walk to the beach and to a great restaurant, Matts Fish Camp. The condo is comfortable and Grace did a great job making sure our stay would be easy. We took our 9 month old son and the condo was very easy for us to enjoy with him. Our only complaint was the condo next door had some people that were loud and partying. The walls were thin so we were put in a tough spot with a sleeping baby. We asked them to quiet down, and they did for about 10 mins. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful Welcoming Beach Condo

We recently had the opportunity to stay for the last week of August 2017 in this lovely beach condo. It is wonderfully well-appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, kid supplies available (including booster seat, plastic cups/plates etc, toys and games) and a 2-minute walk to a private stretch of Bethany Beach. Everything was very clean and well-maintained and the information provided by Grace the owner both before and during our stay was comprehensive. We loved the peaceful bay views from the front and back decks, we loved having a private beach right there, and the outdoor showers and hose made cleanup a breeze at the end of the day. There is so much to do in the area, but a few of our favorites were of course time on the beach, Dogfish Head Brewery (fantastic food and drinks on a rainy day), the James Farm Ecological Preserve just a short drive away with SUP and Kayak adventures, and exploring Rehoboth Beach shops and boardwalk. I would recommend a stay at Grace's condo to anyone, it was a wonderful family vacation for us! Thanks again, Grace!

Adorable apartment in an amazing location

I couldn't say enough positive things about my stay on Bay Road. The apartment was adorable with great attention to detail and gorgeous views. The bathroom was newly renovated and the fans in each of the bedrooms was a huge plus. We loved being able to have happy hour on the front porch with views of the bay and dinner on the large, back deck with gorgeous sunset, bay views. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes which was perfect for our family since we have two small children. There is also an awesome playground just 2 blocks away that we frequented. The owner has even left kids books and toys in the twin bedroom which were huge bonus for our 2 year old. I love the bay road community with all the friendly neighbors and the private beach is the perfect spot to set up for the day. I couldn't recommend this place enough! We were lucky to find this gem and will certainly be returning :)

Perfect for first vacation with baby

Our stay at the condo was very pleasant. Taking our first short road trip with our 11 month old, we were looking for something accessible and convenient. This property was just that. Super easy access to the beach, which was very quiet (awesome). The condo had everything we needed and Grace was super easy to get information from, of which we had many questions to accommodate our little one. Everything was perfect and a wonderful weekend getaway. The view of the bay and sunsets were great. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Would stay there again.

Cozy, convenient condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grace's condo. It was everything we needed (once we realized that to get a hot shower, you turn the nob to the right instead of the left). The rooms were clean and fresh. Easy walk to the beach even with small kids. We would recommend this condo to friends and would stay here again in the future.

I am an elementary school teacher in Pennsylvania. My dream was to own a condo on the beach that I could enjoy and have others enjoy as well. I have three adult children, two of which are married, and one grandchild who enjoys running down to the water and playing in the sand. The photo was taken at our yearly block party in August. All the residence on Bay Rd and guests are invited. I am on the extreme left wearing a blue luau skirt.

I bought this property because my family has enjoyed the Delaware shore for many years. We vacationed as a family every summer and my dream was to buy a home that we could enjoy year round. This development was perfect. It's family oriented with the beach 200 steps from our house. My car stays parked for the week since we can bike to stores and to town. The neighborhood is safe for children to ride their bikes without any danger. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The thing that I fell in love with when I saw this property was the open feel and how bright and cheery it was. The front and back deck are extensions of the home where we can enjoy the cool breeze in the morning and the sunset at night. The decks are large enough to entertain our family and our guests. I also loved the outside showers where we can wash the sand and salt water off before we enjoy the rest of the day.
