As a guest of Surf 312 you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community.



This **Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service, all available to vacation rental guests.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (Available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional costs apply)



**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.



This fee is charged closer to the arrival date and applies as follows:



• Adults and children 13 years and older: USD $50 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge

• Children ages 5–12: USD $30 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge

• Children under 5 years old: No charge

La Lancha Beach, one of the area's top surf spots, is just a short distance away, making this a prime location for surf lovers. Guests also have access to several exclusive beach clubs, each offering unique experiences, from tranquil beachfront relaxation to lively social atmospheres with pools, dining, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

Exploring Punta Mita is both easy and enjoyable, since we have a 6 seater golf cart included, and also the community features scenic biking and walking trails, immersing you in the area's natural beauty at every turn. A short drive connects you to the region’s best surf spots, beach clubs, and dining options, ensuring you make the most of your stay without hassle.



Other Things to Note:

A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

Eating is not allowed in the pool.

Do not put food in the bedrooms.

No climbing on the couches with shoes on

No pets allowed.
