Located in the secure, gated community of Punta del Burro, the villa overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico - home to the famous Burros surf break. This is an ideal location for enjoying the best that the Bay of Banderas has to offer.

THE HOME
The home is very spacious and features seven bedrooms and six baths, five of which are king suites. It is a tri-level home with stairs. There is a private, state-of-the-art heated saltwater pool and plenty of room to relax outside enjoying the weather and the view.

Bring the whole family! The house is equipped with two Pack 'n Plays, two car seats, a high chair, and a table booster seat. There are several Tommy Bahama backpack-style beach chairs and umbrellas you can bring to the many beautiful beaches in the area, or set them up to watch the surfers on the beach just below the house. Whether you want to enjoy the pool, ride the epic waves, or relax and play with the kids on our private beach, Casa Amigos is a magical place.

THE CASA AMIGOS EXPERIENCE
At Casa Amigos, we try to remove as much of the hassle from traveling as possible. We can coordinate a car service to pick you up at the airport. We take care of all the grocery shopping before you arrive so that everything is ready and waiting when you get there.

Imagine coming home after a long day of travel to an ice cold margarita with your favorite tequila, enjoying chips with fresh guacamole and salsa, and a beautiful sunset off the patio. That is exactly what we provide at Casa Amigos.
To top it off, we have a Suburban available to rent from the house - hassle free and affordable. Not comfortable driving in Mexico? We can coordinate rides for you!

The staff will work to make sure your stay goes off without a hitch. They will help out around the house and can serve you and your guests delicious meals Monday through Saturday, if you choose. There are also a variety of wonderful restaurants, markets, and fabulous beaches within a short drive if you feel like exploring.

SERVICES
Included with your rental:

Welcome margaritas and snacks upon arrival
Airport car service coordination and option to rent our Suburban
Daily cleaning of all common areas and restocking of bathrooms with water, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.
Grocery run for arrival preparations and optional meal services
Full-time staff Monday-Saturday to help with anything you need
Help with reservations: golf, dinner, massages, and more

Optional add-ons:
Breakfast service (8:00am-10:00am) - guests pay grocery costs + $5/person cook fee
Dinner service (5:00pm-7:00pm) - guests pay grocery costs + $10/person cook fee (kids under 10 half price)
Midday margaritas and snacks - $30-$50 fee plus groceries, available on days without dinner service
Suburban rental - please inquire
Surfboard rentals available at the house

Additional services:
Early/late meals (before 8:00am or after 7:00pm) - $40
Driving services for small groups
Additional grocery/errand run - $20 and up depending on time and distance
Standard laundry services, including fresh sheets every 3-4 days (fees may apply for special requests or daily turnover)

Gratuity:
We recommend each guest contribute $15 USD per day to the staff, assuming they are highly satisfied with the service. For example, the recommended tip for a family of 4 is $60/day. Please pay the staff directly for any additional services.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Normal check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We are often able to accommodate earlier arrivals and later departures free of charge - please ask right away so we can let you know.

The staff's day off is usually Sunday. If your flight comes in or departs on a Sunday, we can make arrangements for them to take another day.
Our community of Punta del Burro is always working to maintain and improve the neighborhood. Please be advised that we don't always know when there might be construction projects going on nearby.

-There are stairs down to our private beach.
-Quiet hours start at 9:00pm.
-No extra guests are permitted at the house without prior permission. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed.
-No smoking on the property.
-No pets.
-Any damage or costs incurred at the house are the guests' responsibility before end of stay.
-Groups of over 12 sometimes require additional fees - please inquire!
