Thank you for your 4‑star review. I’m glad the condo was nice. I’m sorry the refrigerator was leaking and that maintenance took several hours to arrive — that’s not the experience we want. I’ve reported the leak and asked maintenance to repair the fridge, check for any water damage, and review response times. The toilet flushing issue has also been reported and will be repaired or replaced as needed. I apologize for the long elevator waits. I’ve passed your feedback to building management and asked them to investigate reliability and peak‑time service. Regarding parking and fees, those are set by the building/association; I’ve shared your concerns with property management and we’ll update the listing/house manual to make parking fees and potential elevator delays clearer so future guests can plan. If you’d like to share any additional details, please message us via Vrbo and we’ll follow up. We hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad TO2610 - The Oasis at Orange Beach 2610 met your expectations. Happy the condo, comfortable beds, view, bar ice maker, and pool options were highlights. We’re sorry the elevator waits and limited guest parking impacted your stay — we know that’s frustrating during check-in/check-out and will share this with building management. Thanks also for the notes about kitchen supplies and the thin toilet paper; we’ll pass those to our housekeeping team to improve provisioning. We’ll also relay your feedback about hot tub availability and signage to the property/building so they can evaluate usage and enforcement. We appreciate the detailed feedback and hope to welcome you back, possibly on a lower floor as you suggested.
