Fabulous Stay

The villa was wonderful. Rooms spacious and very clean. The pool excellant which I used everyday. We didn't cook but there was plenty of stuff if we had wanted too. We had a problem with one of the toilets which was sorted swiftly with no fuss. The villa was situated in a fantastic area close to all the parks and restaurants. A fantastic stay and would recommend the villa to anyone.

Great stay

The villa is in a great location. Not far from the parks and plenty of places to eat on the 192. The villa was lovely and clean and comfortable. The view from the pool area was our favourite place to sit. We would book again. Joseph was really quick at responding to my emails.

Quality Villa & Ideal Location

Had a wonderful 2 & a half week stay in the villa. The villa is of a high standard and feels very homely. The highlight is definitely the pool area and in particular the view out over the lake. Location is spot on as you can easily get on to the 192 and access all of the restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Communication was great from both Joseph and the local management company who kept us informed throughout. We'll be back!

Fabulous stay

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in Florida and the villa was one of our highlights. The villa location was ideal for both Disney and Universal. The villa was ideal for our family of 4, everyone had their own space and the community were very friendly. Fully equipped with everything we needed and we settled in very quickly. Enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially the turtles in the lake. We were lucky to be there over the independence celebrations and got to experience the local firework display over the lake as well as in the parks. The sunsets over the lake were amazing too! Quite breathtaking and very memorable. We would be back tomorrow if we could! Thank you

Perfect

What a perfect place. Clean, well maintained, great location, peaceful and idyllic. The management company were brilliant, we never needed them at all, but they ensured we were comfortable and satisfied with WhatsApp messages, if we did need them they were only a text away. The villa is everything the website says and more, easy to book with Joseph. We will definately be returning 5 star.

Fantastic holiday in a great villa

Great holiday in a fantastic villa, no complaints about anything. Great location for restaurants & shopping. Spacious pool area overlooking the lake, south facing perfect for sun all day. No issues at all during our stay, Kathy from management company kept us informed by text. Villa very well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely return if it was available for our next holiday.

Perfect base. We had an amazing 10 days at this property.

There were a couple of small snags when we arrived but management dealt with them in record time and their communication was great. The spotless pool, TVs, comfy beds and plentiful bathrooms were just what we needed after long days spent enjoining the Disney Parks and the location was perfect for exploring Orlando. We would happily book this property again!

Wonderful family villa in an excellent location

This villa was in the perfect location. Amazing views over the lake and only a short drive into Walt Disney World. The owners were excellent with communication from booking and all the way through to the departure. The local point of contact team in Orlando were also very helpful and available when needed. We were two families staying together for just over 2 weeks. 4 Adults and 5 Kids. A wonderful villa to relax in after busy days out. We would love to return again one day. Brilliant second stay

We were so happy to return to the villa and it now feels like a home from home! After lots of busy, crowded days at the theme parks it was bliss to come back to somewhere so spacious and comfortable to properly relax. We absolutely loved the outside area, the kids played in the private pool everyday and we enjoyed relaxing, looking out at the lake and watching the sun set. Thanks for another wonderful stay and we do hope to be back again in the future!

Idyllic Lakeside Retreat

This is a beautiful property in a gated & very secure community with lovely views across the lake ! The house is very well presented with generous rooms & lots of space for a large family. It has all amenities & a lovely netted pool deck which benefits from the sun in the afternoon offering lovely sunsets ! Its only a short distance from all of the Disney Parks & shopping & restaurants are only a very short drive away ! We loved staying there & would highly recommend it !
