This is the perfect home base for your getaway!
The Space: This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, coastal style, and convenience. The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering with family and friends, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and plenty of natural light. Two Florida rooms offer additional areas to play games, relax, or catch up on work.
Community Amenities: Your stay at The Golfin' Dolphin also comes with access to a fantastic array of HOA amenities, just steps away from your front door:
☼ Community Pool: Dive in and enjoy a refreshing swim under the Florida sun. The pool is heated to 80 degrees in the colder months.
☼ Activities: A playground, tennis, and basketball courts are located right in the neighborhood. Perfect for a friendly match or getting some exercise during your stay!

Beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella) provided so all you need to bring is your swimsuit! Fully stocked kitchen, baby gear (pack n' play, high chair). Tennis rackets, basketball, boardgames, and 10 in one game table for extra fun! Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of local coffee, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on amount of use/length of stay. Wifi and cable television are included. There is a Roku TV in the living room and the primary bedroom.
