The refrigerator has a shelf that kept falling out. And the door was super squeaky. It would be helpful to have more than two dishwasher pods and additional garbage bags. Other than that, the location and place were fantastic. It was nice to have fresh towels every day!

This place was amazing!

The photos don't do it justice. It's even better! The view from the patio is beautiful. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Note: be sure you turn the water heaters on when you get there. There are no instructions telling you to do so. There are switches near them on the wall.

Truly Unbeliveable! The most amazing penthouse for the price.

We decided to splurge for my in-laws 50th anniversary and what a surprise. The penthouse was amazing. The elevator enters directly to the unit with a special elevator key and from there it was true opulence. The furniture, finishes, amenities and view were the best I have ever seen. I have been to 58 countries and done a fair bit of traveling and this gem winds up in my back yard. It was a 4 hour trip from Scottsdale and one of the best week vacations we have ever had. Thank you to Jim for taking care of the small details we wanted taken care of and we will be back!

Superb and every other superlative you can think to describe a place. The views, the rooms, living spaces all perfect for a quiet getaway for 10. The only thing that could make it better is drone delivery from the pool bar. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great time!

I have stayed in this property with my family before and it is yet to disappoint. This penthouse is gorgeous and everyone was over the top impressed and happy with our decision to stay here. The pictures do not do this place justice—thank you for allowing us to stay here and enjoy your home!

Great stay beautiful place

Such a perfect way to spend my birthday weekend and this magnificent condo. Plenty of room for 5 couples fantastic balcony with an amazing view. My only complaint is we didn't get enough Beach time because we enjoyed hanging out on the patio too much

Awesome!

The penthouse is immaculate and the huge balcony was great for barbecuing and entertaining. Would definitely stay again, if we have 10 people.

Wonderful Stay

From the moment we got onto the grounds, to walking into this beautiful place, we were all smiling. There were five of us staying here and we all had plenty of room to be together or have our own privacy. The pictures do not do this place justice! Jim was wonderful to work with and we appreciate him sharing his place with us. We will be back

Most Amazing Penthouse Ever!

Pictures don't even come close to doing this place justice. It's much larger and more amazing than I realized. If you're not sure whether it's worth the money, book it and you'll be glad you did!

Perfect

The description is a luxury penthouse and that is exactly what you get. It is big and beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better balcony. Everything about the resort and location are great. Jim and Theresa were extremely communicative as well.

Beautiful condo

We spent Spring Break in this condo and it was wonderful! Jim was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. We really enjoyed the firepit and bbq on the rooftop. The kids often did smores and we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. We had 5 families in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy privacy as well as come together in the living room, deck and dinning area. We will definitely be returning.

Stunning Penthouse

We booked the penthouse for a family vacation. The penthouse has gorgeous views and affords everyone their privacy. It's a truly special place with great karma. We had a few issues with service from the resort; no propane, misinformation regarding the firepit, and cleaning issues. Nothing major and not the owner's fault. We addressed the issues with Jim and Theresa upon our return and were assured they would be addressed by the resort, which they were. The penthouse is truly special and a lovely place to make memories with family and friends! We would rent from Jim and Theresa again.

There truly is no excuse for this. We will be in our penthouse for about 2 months this winter and I will resolve these performance shortcomings. I was blown away by this place! The pictures really didn't do it justice. 5+Stars

Our first impression was WOW! We couldn't believe how gorgeous the place was just getting off the elevator! As we went from room to room, we weren't sure we would find our way back to the living area - it was so enormous. Each of us felt right at home. The accommodations were beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Each bedroom was perfect! Our room had the jetted tub - that was a real treat. Many of us enjoy cooking and we made some fun meals. Of course, our cocktails before meals, sitting around the fire pit, was a highlight of our evenings. The views were spectacular from the Verandas-as well as all the rooms. We all decided that we will be back in the not too distant future. Thank you again for a wonderful visit.
