Excellent two bedroom condominium, completely up to date and well furnished. This stylish unit has an outstanding large kitchen, two bedrooms that emphasis comfort and privacy, and of course access to all of the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort amenities.
The kitchen is modern and stylish, with all needed appliances and cookware. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. The balcony is stunning, offering un beatable views of Rocky Point sunsets.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, King bed TV and closet. The master has an excellent bathroom with glass enclosed shower, and a spacious soaking tub. On the balcony you will encounter a chaise lounge, a glass topped dining table, and a small cafe table with two chairs as well. The cozy living room has a rich leather sofa and easy chair, a TV, and Wifi with a speed of 25+ mps.
The Resort is at the heart of Rocky Points Sandy Beach. There are many well known restaurants and bars nearby, and the Malecon in town is a short drive. You can rent off road vehicles, take a sunset cruise, or just enjoy a chill day at the beach.
