Our home stands out in that we just finished a comprehensive remodel with nearly all new furniture, appliances, and amenities in early 2025! We dedicated special focus on being family friendly, with little extras that both your kids and you will enjoy, such as the new reconfigurable play couch and pillows, the life size Connect 4 game, the stock of eclectic and modern board games, the retro Nintendo console, the large fenced back yard, and Disney/Universal art. The layout is especially supportive of night owls with the game room (and sleeper sofa) being isolated away from the remaining bedrooms.

Guests are welcome to all parts of the house except one locked closet and the storage shed in the back yard.

—Pet Policy—
Pets are not allowed on the property due to allergies of the owners. If an unauthorized pet is brought onto the premises, a minimum fee of $300 will be charged to cover additional cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable space for all guests.

—Smoking Policy—
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but is acceptable on the front porch or on the backyard picnic table. Smoke odor in the house will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $200.

—Age Policy—
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay.
• A valid government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet this requirement.

—Party Policy—
Absolutely no parties are allowed, and no unregistered guests are allowed on the premises without prior authorization. We take noise and nuisance complaints very seriously and they can be cause for eviction.
