Welcome to KANZLER Vineyards! Waiting for you is a beautiful 4 bed, 5 bath house on 20 acres in wine country.
The space
This Sonoma County estate is just 8 minutes from charming downtown Sebastopol, California. This is a fully operational grape farm!

You may see Winemaker Alex Kanzler on the tractor from a distance or Bre Kanzler meeting winery customers at the KANZLER Estate Tasting Room. The pool is located in the back of the house with plenty of privacy. Ask us about the farm/winery action if you're curious!

Guest access
This is a working farm for our family winery business. While you're staying here, the house will be your oasis for socializing and relaxing, but if you see some of our staff onsite, please feel free to ask us about the goings on! Explore the property and enjoy all the amenities. We have a gated entry and will provide you with a code prior to arrival.

Staff is available should you need any assistance during your stay.

Note that this is a working farm, and you may see a crew tending to our vines. (Lucky guests in late September may even witness harvest!) Some areas of the property are not open to guests due to equipment, materials and operations that could be unsafe for those not familiar with agricultural practices. These areas are clearly marked and delineated by fencing and gates. We ask guests not to enter them without supervision.

° If you wish to bring children you must discuss with host before finalizing booking

° Entire property is smoke free

° No pets

° Quiet hours: We ask you to respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings by refraining from noisy activities after 10 p.m.

° No unregistered guests are allowed to stay the night on property

° The 1,800 sq ft private tasting room is adjacent to the residence. Tasting guest and staff have designated parking apart from the residence. You are more than welcome to join in the charm of this immersive wine country experience by booking your private tasting.
