Jackpine #9 is perfect for your next family get together or work retreat. Sleeping up to 18 comfortably, you will still have plenty room to spare. Recently updated with new furniture, Jackpine #9 is a gorgeous relaxing home.


The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the family cook. With two large dining tables that seat 10 and bar stools that surround the kitchen island, the whole family can enjoy a wonderfully cooked meal, making wonderful memories while on vacation. This setting is perfect for those holiday dinners.

Jackpine #9 has 4 master suites 3 equipped with king beds and the 4th one equipped with a queen. Two additional bedrooms have kings and the 7th bedroom has 2 queen over queen bunk beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the loft area and a twin roll-a-way for an extra place to lay your head.

The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie in front of the gas fireplace. The large flat screen TV also has a DVD/Blu-ray player with lots of movies to choose from. There are 7 additional TVs in the home.


During the summer, you wont have to worry about the hot weather as this home is equipped with A/C.
Enjoy BBQs out on the patio or a soak in your private hot tub after a long day of skiing or a long bike ride along the beautiful Sunriver bike paths. Jackpine #9 has 12 bikes for your pleasure.

This home also offers 12 UNLIMITED SHARC passes, double car garage and a second refrigerator in the garage.

Bbq grill and air fryer was not cleaned, Also all the toilets were too small they need to be updated to bigger size, all the beds were hard and uncomfortable! Other than that everything was good with plenty of space for our big group. If I would rent again the answer would be no because of the uncomfortable beds and small toilets! My whole group complained except for the small kids

Home was comfortable and fit our family of 16 perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was figuring out the air conditioning controls for upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs was too cold and upstairs was on the warm side.

Family Reunion

The large house fit our needs with ample room for all and a great room we could all gather for meals and board games. Some wear visible in holes in screens and Pyrex measuring cups so old the lines were gone. Needs some updating, refreshing of the kitchen and the BBQ is substandard for a house this large.

Accommodating!

This house was perfect for our big group and I appreciate all the bathrooms and space! We also had a buddy whose truck broke down while we were visiting and they accommodated a late check out so they could have access to the bathroom while they waited for a mobile mechanic. Thanks again!

Perfect for our needs, except

This was perfect with the exception of the loud, intermittent banging noise throughout the night. Maintenance came and said it was something defrosting part of the HVAC system.

Housekeeping came and tried to clean it, and it was better, but someone tried to caulk over the mold which never works. Also, in the main bedroom downstairs (Bear room) the springs on the bed were very squeaky. Definitely need to fix that! I finally went into another room to sleep because every time I turned there was a loud squeak.

great place for extended family of 18

This was a very roomy place with plenty of room for all 18 of us. The two large dining tables were great - one for kids (10 of them) and one for adults (8). The game room was a hit for the kids. Also enjoyed watching the Olympics on the large screen TV in the living room, with sufficient seating for everyone. We had two issues where I called Sunset Rentals and they responded very quickly and resolved the issue both times to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay at this place again if our family goes again to SunRiver and it is available.

Wonderful house for large families!

Felt like a true cabin! very close to the village which made for an easy walk or bike ride. Plenty of bikes in the garage but a couple were in need of repairs such as fixing seats or flat tires. Not an issue for us though. 3 car garage and 2 additional fridges were a nice touch as well. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Family vacation

Property as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 14. Bedrooms/en suite bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with good appliances. Loved the extra refrigerator/freezers! Checking in and out was easy. Location of home great! Good distance from Village and water park. All bicycles were in good working order. Loved the back deck. It had plenty of seating and tables for enjoying dining outside and playing games. We had many visits from the local deer. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Family Time in Sunriver

Our family of 17 stayed here for a week. Here's what we loved: - the bikes in the garage that allowed us to ride all over Sunriver all week -the well stocked kitchen and 3 refrigerators -2 dining room tables so we could share a meal together -enough bathrooms for each family to have one -the hot tub right owtside our door for the chilly mornings -we were close to the pool, restaurants, and wonderful easy biking -the home was on a circle that was safe for little kids to ride bikes around This place gave our family space to be together for a week. We thought the home was clean and well cared for and comfortable for us all. We could all be together in the main living space. Thank you again!

Owners need a to add some love to this one!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great home with a wonderful open floor plan. With two dining tables - it's nice that you can have one covered with games, and still have an open one to eat at! That said, there are a few issues...These are issues that the owner should address. The entry area is in need of a table- a landing spot for purses, keys, etc. The home does not have adequate dishes - there are few (if any) wine glasses, and there is no variety to the sizes of bowls (cereal/soup/snack) - just one size. Decor updates are really needed. The bathrooms all have the same cheap "live/laugh/love" thin rug/mat. The wall hangings in the kitchen and main living area give off Ross-Dress-For-Less vibes, rather than an outdoorsy lodgy feel. TV could use surround sound system, or something to enhance music listening. The hot-tub area has zero hooks or spots to hang your towel. In the summer, that's probably not an issue - but in the winter, it's a real problem. The refrigerator in the kitchen has literally ONE ice-cube tray. There are a total of three fridges for this home that sleeps like 18 people, and ONE ice-cube tray. That main fridge also has missing deli drawer LID, and should be fixed or replaced. The dishwasher racks are also total garbage, making it difficult to load - as racks that hold the plates all fall over. When I come to a luxury vacation home, I don't want cheap or broken appliances. With a little bit of attention to the details and cosmetic upgrades and appliance replacements - this home is truly a gem for a large group.
