The property was amazing. We had lots of fun playing pool, riding the bikes, soaking in the hot tub and playing pickleball. The passes for the shark were loved by all. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this rental at Sunriver! We had 2 kids, a small dog and lots of adults and we were all comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were a big hit with the kids, as well as the passes to the water park. We had not been to the area before and loved exploring: the location is near the Newberry crater, Deschutes river and reasonable driving distance to Crater Lake. We also used the bikes and had a lovely afternoon riding out on the trails. Highly recommend this place for other families!

We had a wonderful 4 nights in this well-stocked house. 7 adults and 3 young children had plenty of space in this house to enjoy time together. We loved the walking/biking trails so near. We also enjoyed time at the water park, using the passes that come with the house. Communication with the host was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family trip. The house was perfect for our group of 9. The kitchen was well set up, family area was relaxing, appreciated the pool table, bikes, and easy access to both Sun River and the Deschutes River. Everyone agreed it was a fun and relaxing weekend in a beautiful home.

Family Fun

The house had a key pad, so it was easy to access when we got there. The accommodations had everything we needed and was very clean. The grandkids, the kids and us had a great time. It had ample room making it comfortable to mive around with ease and play.

Booked this place for its amenities, bikes and size. The check-in process was easy and smooth. Good amount of parking for multiple cars. Huge king bedroom and decent sized queen room upstairs. The other 3 rooms were kinda cramped but decent for couples or kids. The loft was interesting. It had a door but no full walls so you don’t have privacy. We didn’t use it but it would be something I would want to know if I was planning on using it. Size of the place was great and definitely lots of couches and deck seating. Comfortable and clean beds. Lots of appliances. Plenty of tvs, books and the pool table was great. The pool table was actually the highlight of the place. Couple things that were not great on arriving. There was a cat pee stain in the pool room and a couple dead flies in the pool room and upper bathroom. There were a lot of bikes in the garage but a lot of them had broken or loose chains. When we went biking the bike I used fell apart. Hot tub was nice but seemed like not all the jets worked and the lights didn’t work. Overall, it was a decent place but just needs a bit of servicing here and there. We enjoyed our stay for my birthday.

We're glad the bikes, pool table, and space worked well for your group, and happy to hear the check-in was smooth and the beds comfortable. We're sorry to hear about the stain and dead flies in the pool room, as well as the bathroom — that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we've addressed it with our cleaning team so it's caught before future guests arrive. We've also pulled the bikes with loose or broken chains from rotation and are having the whole fleet serviced, and we're sending someone out to repair the hot tub jets and lighting right away. We do wish we'd known about these during your stay — we have a 24/7 line for exactly this kind of thing, and would have sent someone same-day to fix the hot tub and swap out any bikes that weren't working right. We always want the chance to make it right while you're still there. Thanks again for the thoughtful review and for celebrating your birthday with us — we'd love to host you again at # 9 Pine Cone Lane with everything running the way it should. Thank you. Christmas in August

Every year we do memory makers for our kids and their families. Picking SunRiver and staying at this VRBO will bring back wonderful memories for years to come!! Grandkids were asking to return next year as we headed home from our stay!

Great location, roomy, and comfy

The home is very outdated except a remodeled kitchen. There is no air conditioning which could definitely be a deal breaker for many.

Great Home

The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. It's perfect for a multi family vacation. The living/game/kitchen areas are open and large enough for everyone to gather with plenty of room. Morning coffee in the hot tub and late night games of pool were the perfect way to start and end the busy day. The management company was amazing as well! The hot tub ran out of chlorine and they had someone at the house within 15 minutes and it was taken care of immediately. We will be booking this house again for next year.

Nice but…

This house was well appointed for families with lots of kids as there are a lot of bedrooms. It was clean and well put together. I would suggest to the owners to come into it and give it a little TLC. The carpet was torn and dirty in spots, some windows were actually falling apart and there was absolutely zero water pressure in the kitchen and the bathroom sinks. I didn’t want to call management on Christmas Eve or day nor did I want my family time interrupted with repair people coming and going while we were there. Hopefully they can repair and fix what needs to be before the next renters come in. We still enjoyed our time there and hope others get to as well.

The pool table was the biggest hit! The house was well laid out, plenty of room to gather or have some quiet time. Well stocked kitchen, we were able to all help with cooking( and cleaning) without bumping into each other. Things just seemed easier and chill in this house. We enjoyed coffee on the quiet deck with the local herd of deer. My dogs enjoyed watching the deer from the gorgeous windows facing the golf course. Another plus, the house has ac but the downstairs bedrooms were always cool which is what I love especially after a day of hiking or playing in the hot hot sun. We also used the hot tub to sooth my old muscles and played lots of card games on the deck. Great experience. Will request to stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful experience, this cabin was perfect for our stay. The perks were the SHARC passes and bikes which accommodated our large group. Lots of space, large open kitchen and wrap around outdoor patio. The hot tub was a nice touch and well maintained. We would stay here again!!
