Kitchen could be better equipped pots pans cutlery. Very attentive to all of our requests recommend in person checkin to show how appliances work. The grounds and pools were amazing. In your Vrbo listing please recommend either a car or golf cart rental

Pool was great. Room could have been cleaner. Better explanation of washer/dryer. All in all good value

When we got to the entrance of Hard Rock they wouldn’t let us in, they had no record of us. We had to stay out there for 1 long hot hour with 2 little kids at the busy entrance trying to get ut figured out. It was horrible! The lady did get it figured out and was very nice, but this never should have happened. The entrance into condo door was easy but condo had no air it was soooo miserably hot in there. We turned ceiling fan on, and 4 people slept on pull out couch because ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t work. It was an awful night. The bed in that room had hair all over the sheets, the back bed was fine. The lady was very helpful and was very sorry, but I would be afraid to stay here again due to what happened and I have to have air condition to sleep and it was soooo hot! The pool was very nice and location to the Hard Rock resort was convient for us the next morning!
