Host communication was very fast and helpful. The condo is nicely decorated with beachy things, but not overdone. We were very grateful for the elevator. The view from the balcony was wonderful for people and dolphin watching. All in all a great place to stay.

The property was clean for the most part even though we did see a couple palmetto bugs The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable as well as the sofa.. No way to get any good rest.. both areas could use an upgrade…

The place was clean. The host was very responsive. We had a problem with the Keurig machine and they sent us a new one within an hour great view the beach would recommend.

The condo was very nice. Decorated very pretty with a beach theme. The only complaint I have was the rug in the master bathroom was dirty. I hated stepping out of the shower on it. Also the host needs to put a larger skillet in the kitchen. Also a fly swatter.

Views are excellent. Absolutely beautiful beach view with easy beach access. Parking was easy. The whole place looks like it was freshly painted inside. There were some issues with the amenities of the house. When we arrived the toilet paper was in a bag on the counter, not in the rolls. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Master bathroom shower was a little rusty in areas. Communication and fees were a bit unusual. I had to pay a damage waiver of an additional cost to check in. Why not include that in the original cost? Also, there are ways to communicate without "no exceptions." Overall, slightly better than average.

Great location. Condo very clean. View of the beach is fantastic . Only draw back is parking. Very limited. If you plan on riding a motorcycle there, they do not allow them to be parked there.

My husband and I have used Vrbo several times, we have never experienced such professionalism and the above and beyond communication and cleanliness. The host was extremely hospitable and always returned messages almost immediately and actually answered the telephone! We would definitely come back to this unit again and again if the opportunity arises.

Very pleasant. The host thought of everything. Very clean and neat. The communication with the host was very quick and the matter was attended to within 24 hours. We really enjoyed our stay. It was in an excellent private location and the views of the sunrise was so beautiful. I highly recommend this unit. We have an adult that really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and we all enjoyed the elevator.

This is a lovely, comfortable condo. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect. Had a little hiccup with the check in process but that was sorted out. The listing does show beach chairs and umbrellas that are rented by the city of N Myrtle but they actually do not rent chairs and umbrellas in this area. Luckily there were some for us to use in the storage closet as we did not bring our own. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a nicely decorated condo. Did have some issues though…When we finally found this condo due to the directions were wrong on VRBO (lost a couple of hours due to directions listed wrong), the AC unit was not cooling down and started to get hotter. Mind you the temps outside were 94 degrees, but AC started to climb which was becoming unbearable. Finally after contacting the owner and office someone was sent out to look at the AC. Whoever was the last one in didn’t reset the AC correctly. I was meeting my daughter who just turned 30 and I was a mess from the heat. Nothing I could do before meeting my daughter. The frustrating part was communicating with owner about sending photos of the AC. I tried but being an elderly woman who is technically challenged I couldn’t figure out how to. Very frustrating. The supplies were bare bones. You will need to stock up on some supplies if staying for two days. Never had chance to use pool. Not very big and many people in it when we were there. Being on the water I had a palmetto bug in my bathroom which I had to have my partner take care of, thank goodness. Being in the south, they exist.Nice being on the open patio. Overall is was a nice place outside of all the issues.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Everything was VERY clean and well-maintained. It's obvious it was remodeled recently. The beachy colors are calming and relaxing. We even appreciated the clothes drying rack. That was a nice touch!The kitchen has almost everything you need. Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers are available. There was even a step stool to reach the higher cabinets. Things you will need: cone shaped filters for the Cuisinart coffee maker unless you use the screen filter, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, additional paper towels (1 roll provided).Rainy days: Books and jigsaw puzzles are available. The dining table is great for 1000 piece puzzles. Large screen TV. Streaming YouTube, Disney, Netflix worked great.Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are not large, but are adequate. Take toilet tissue (1 roll provided per bathroom), hand soap, bathing soap.There's an outside shower to wash off before entering. The pool was clean. The storage unit had some beach chairs, though that may not always be the case.Loved that the entry code was so easy! No problems with keys, check in, or remembering the code. Could not be easier!

Peaceful

I was in town for a softball tournament with my daughter. The condo was perfect for this occasion or just a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Cherry Grove is the perfect distance from downtown Myrtle Beach. Far enough away to be a on a more relaxing pace and close enough to be a convenient drive to the action/chaos. The accommodations were better than expected. The corner unit really opens up the view of the shoreline. Plus, it’s on the top floor. Nobody above you and only one unit next to you. Trust me, it makes a difference. The inside of the condo was impressive. Very up to date and decorated tastefully. The beds were super comfortable with everything you need to prepare for bed and getting ready for the day ahead. The kitchen and appliances were newer, clean and everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Seating for dinning and longing was plentiful and comfortable. Additionally, there were plenty of books to read and all the streaming services you will need. The beach was a stones throw away. Very clean and just the right amount of people. The unit has a first floor storage closet that includes everting you will need for the beach. The is a showers right at the beach entrance to wash the sand off. A nice alternative was the pool. Simple, but clean, quite and relaxing. All in all, it was perfect for us. The unit will accommodate up to four comfortably. And, if you’re looking for a place that is conveniently located, but not overcrowd, this is it!

My husband, toddler, and I had a fantastic stay. This is a 3rd floor end unit so it was quiet. The view of the beach was amazing. Parking was free and convenient. The ease of beach access is 10/10 and 100% reason to book this place again. The place was clean and comfortable. I didn’t feel the description was 100% accurate but in very minor (/not inconvenient) ways (for example, there was a coffee pot but it says there is only a Keurig). Communication was okay but you won’t be messaging a person, only an AI bot, which I found a little frustrating. And if you aren’t familiar with the area, make sure you note the zip code on the address as there are 2 places with the same address in very different parts of the MB area.
