After receiving your comments, we opened work orders for a deep clean and inspection, including couch cleaning or replacement as needed, tightening/replacing towel racks, addressing loose outlets and the shower temperature control, and repairing the sliding door latches. We also notified building management about the elevator outage and are requesting an updated repair timeline; we will ensure the listing accurately reflects the elevator status, so future guests aren’t surprised. I regret the disruption this caused—especially with visitors unable to access the unit—and that the stay did not reflect the value you expected. We will follow up through Vrbo to address this further.
