THE APARTMENT
This private 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers a spacious patio, 1 parking space, and shared guest parking in the community. Located just 10-15 minutes from top San Diego spots like downtown, the convention center, the airport, beaches, Balboa Park, Coronado Island, and vibrant neighborhoods like South Park, Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, and North Park.

The bedroom features a queen bed, sound machine, A/C, ceiling fan, dresser, and a closet stocked with hangers, beach towels, blankets, and an iron/ironing board.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, floss picks, cotton swabs, shower steamers, hair ties, hair dryer, first aid kit, and ibuprofen.

The living room includes a comfy couch, TV with Netflix, a workstation, record player with vinyls, board games, and a game console with hundreds of classic arcade games. You’ll also find a collection of San Diego books, maps, and guides.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine (with coffee, creamer, filters, and pure cane sugar), assorted teas, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, Tupperware, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and dog treats/bowls/baggies.

The patio features a propane fire pit, 4-seat patio furniture, stylish decor, and a cactus hook for beach towels or dog leashes. The best part is the stunning view of downtown San Diego with breathtaking sunsets!

THE COMMUNITY
Our community, Casa Pasión, consists of 4 private 1-bedroom, 1-bath units with their own entrances and outdoor spaces. We have 2 short-term rentals, 2 long-term rentals, a large edible garden in the front, and herb and flower planter boxes in the common area. We’re pet-friendly (2 pets allowed with an additional charge) and provide parking in the back via the alley.

Located in one of San Diego’s oldest and most vibrant neighborhoods, Golden Hill offers walking distance access to park space, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Our location is central to neighborhoods like South Park, East Village, Gaslamp, Barrio Logan, North Park, Hillcrest, and Balboa Park.

Guest Access:
Entrance to the apartment is through the alley. When you enter Casita Frida you will go through the private patio.

Guests also have access to the common area in the back with planter boxes and trash bins.
