Mountain View Arcade is approximately 5 miles from the U.S. Air Force Academy, 2.5 miles from Downtown Monument, 1.8 miles from I-25 and 5.7 miles from Ford Amphitheater. Colorado Springs, restaurants, shopping, hiking and other attractions are all within easy reach.

With 1,896 square feet across three levels, everyone can spread out instead of being confined to one living space. Kids can head downstairs to their own arcade and game room while adults relax upstairs by the fireplace, watch a movie on the 75" Smart TV or enjoy the mountain views.

You'll have three bedrooms, two king beds, a dedicated kids' room, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeping space for up to 8 guests.

You also get the practical family-friendly touches that make traveling easier, including a Pack-n-Play, high chair, kids' dishes, books, games and puzzles, a well-equipped kitchen and a single-car garage.

Kids have fun. Adults can relax. Everyone has room to enjoy Colorado.

THE SPACE

Mountain View Arcade is a 1,896-square-foot townhouse spread across three levels, giving families and groups plenty of room to relax, play and sleep without feeling crowded.

THE ARCADE & GAME ROOM

The downstairs arcade is one of the favorite features of the home.

Kids can enjoy vintage arcade games, Xbox, Super Nintendo, games and puzzles, giving them their own space to have fun while adults enjoy the main living areas upstairs.

It's especially nice after a long day of sightseeing when everyone wants to unwind but doesn't necessarily want to do the same thing.

LIVING ROOM

The main living area is designed for relaxing together.

You'll find an oversized couch, fireplace and 75" Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube TV. It's a comfortable place to gather for a movie, relax after a day outdoors or simply enjoy some downtime.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is equipped for families who want the flexibility to prepare meals at home.

You'll find an electric stove and oven, air fryer, waffle iron, toaster, dishes, cups, utensils and kid-friendly dinnerware.

There's a large kitchen table as well as a separate dining area, giving your group plenty of options for meals, games and conversation.

BEDROOMS

Primary bedroom: Comfortable king bed, private full bathroom and sitting area.

Second bedroom: Comfortable king bed.

Kids' room: Full-over-twin bunk configuration with additional bedding, books and space designed with younger guests in mind.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests.

BATHROOMS

With 3.5 bathrooms, getting everyone ready in the morning is considerably easier for families and groups.

Bathrooms are stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup towels. A hair dryer is located under the sink in the primary bathroom.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY EXTRAS

Traveling with younger children? We've tried to make it a little easier.

A Pack-n-Play, high chair, kids' dishes and books are available for guests to use.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the Colorado mountain views and the peaceful surroundings of the Woodmoor neighborhood.

A BBQ grill is also available for guests.

PARKING

A single-car garage is available, with additional community parking available as well.

You'll have private access to the entire townhouse and its amenities during your stay.

Self check-in is provided with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule after the designated check-in time.

You will not share the home or any of its interior spaces with other guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A few things to know before booking

The home has three levels. Guests should be comfortable using stairs. The multiple levels are also what allow the home to provide separate spaces for sleeping, relaxing and playing.

This is a townhouse in a quiet residential community. We ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe VRBO's rules regarding parties and events.

Parking: The home has a single-car garage. Additional community parking is available, subject to availability. There are no assigned parking spaces.

Garage access: There is no garage door opener provided. The garage can be opened using the wall button located next to the service door.

Check-in: Check-in is after 3:00 PM.

Checkout: Checkout is before 10:00 AM.

Early check-in / late checkout: When our calendar allows, early check-in or late checkout may be available for $20 per hour. Because we may have guests arriving or departing on the same day, these options cannot always be accommodated. Please message us before assuming additional time is available.

Family amenities: A Pack-n-Play and high chair are available, but guests are responsible for bringing any specific items their child requires.

Please let us know if something isn't right. This is our home, not a hotel, and we want you to have a great stay. If you notice something that needs attention, please contact us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to address it.
