We appreciated finding this lovely property with very little lead time for planning. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group to spend time together in a shared space. Also loved the neighborhood… a vibrant community and one that we had not yet experienced here in NYC. Thank you!

This one delivered. The listing was accurate down to the details, so there was nothing to adjust to when we arrived — always a good sign. The place was immaculate, and communication was fast and clear the whole way through, which made the stay effortless. We were impressed. Easy recommendation, and we'd book it again without hesitating.

The condo was quite nice and communication with the property manager was excellent. Our only concern is the same that has been mentioned by prior renters and that is the listing inaccurately describes the condo as being much closer to Central Park than it actually is. The condo is at 1st Avenue, which is nice neighborhood but it is a good walk to get to Central Park. We were also confused as to why the listing includes photos of the Excelsior building/train station when that is located 3 miles away.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for your kind words about the condo and communication we truly appreciate it. Just to clarify, the photos referenced are of the Q Train at 96th Street, which is not 3 miles away. It is approximately 1.2–1.5 miles from the apartment, about a 20 minute walk or a short bus/subway connection. We include it to show convenient transportation options nearby. Regarding Central Park, it is also within walking distance, though we understand it may feel farther depending on personal expectations. We will review the listing wording to make sure everything is as clear and accurate as possible. Thank you again for your stay and for your helpful feedback we’re glad you enjoyed the condo overall and hope to host you again.

Place is exactly as described. Clean, owner very responsive, all you need in a home away from home is there. It is a bit far for subway system. Not to much around close by for restaurants or bars etc. I would recommend for younger couples who are able to get around by foot, taxis, bus.

My complain is more to VRBO managing listing: approximate location indicated on map is not close to the actual one. Although it is still safe but it is much further from Central Park than i anticipated. If you are fine with ‘Ubering’ everywhere, go for. The apartment itself is well stuffed, clean and very accommodating owner/manger gets back immediately.
