We're sorry to hear that the nearby road work and neighboring construction impacted the peaceful atmosphere you were hoping for. Unfortunately, those projects are outside of our control, and we understand how unexpected construction noise can affect a vacation experience. We also appreciate you bringing the interior items to our attention. We apologize for the confusion regarding the dishwasher. We'll review the listing to ensure all amenities are accurately represented. We also should have had dish towels, I'm so sorry for that. Your suggestions regarding an indoor broom, a bath mat, and additional shower storage are all thoughtful and helpful, and we've shared them with the homeowner for consideration as we continually look for ways to improve the guest experience.
