Velkommen til mit hjem i dejlige Marina del Rey. Mine fire soveværelser, to badeværelser hjem er mindre end en halv kilometer fra stranden og gåafstand til spisning, shopping og natteliv på trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard og Venedig. Der er også en dejlig gårdhave og to gratis parkering ... 15 minutter til LAX, cirka 14 minutters gang til stranden og restauranter og natteliv, helt og sikkert kvarter ved siden af den smukke cykelsti.

It’s all about the host!
This is the first time I used Vrbo, I was nervous and had no idea what to expect. Cleanliness, communication, easy of access all played over and over in my head. All that disappeared the minute I met Cindy and Hamid, they were graceful hosts, kind, eager to offer their help and advice. Cindy is an immaculate house keeper, she invited us into her home, offered us food and drinks. Jamie treated us like family. I will certainly be back. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

Awesome location. Will rent again. Ignore poor reviews!
The host responded immediately to any inquiry that we had. Was very hospitable and accommodating to our groups needs. We stayed with 5 people and it was the perfect set up. The garage conversion to bedroom and bathroom (with laundry) was perfect for me and my spouse as the rest of the group were single people it gave us a nice space away from the group when needed. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub inside the home. We really enjoyed that the parking was included (in the drive way) and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard area plenty of chairs and enjoyed being able to smoke in this area as well! All 5 of us enjoyed our beds respectively. One review said they were bad so we did have a tiny concern when booked, but the beds were more than fine by all 5 of us (and I am picky so for me to be pleased was awesome) Location was awesome too! It’s so close to the marina where we rented a boat (4min drive) and not too far of a walk to Venice even though we did have a car. It’s nice if you don’t want to worry about parking or if you want to have some drinks and be safe! Plenty of local places to eat and a few bars nearby as well. Gas station and liquor store across the street! We will be staying here again when we come back to cali. Which is often as we have family here. Has they recommend this stay.

LA getaway
The stay was lovely! It was an easy walk to the beach and easily accessible to the freeways. Hamid was also a very gracious host.

As advertised near the beach and lots of restaurants
Stayed at the house for our daughters graduation from USC. About 30 mins from the school and lots of space. We walked to get coffee and dinner and walk on the beach. Nice patio to sit outside for breakfast, but the dry cleaner is a little loud. Hamid and his wife were very friendly and live just next door. They even told us we could help ourselves to the fruit from the lemon and grapefruit tree.

Disappointing
I booked this for a family trip to LA largely because of the 4.5 star rating. Beware - this is NOT a 4..5 star property. I can best describe it as a tired home with tired furniture - what you would expect a college kid to live in with a group of friends. The bathrooms were terrible - in the main house the shower head leaked so badly that there was virtually no water pressure. In the garage conversion, the shower door leaked water onto the floor. The light fixture above the mirror was missing and wires stuck out of the wall. Many light bulbs needed replaced. The heating system is ancient and there are two wall heaters for the house- a problem when bedroom doors were closed at night because the rooms got no heat and were really cold. The house needs a full update - the kitchen was not functional in any real sense (it and the bathrooms are at least 50 years old). The only pro was a good location. I would not recommend.

Excellent location and accommodations!
Hamid was such a great host! Thanks Hamid for making myself and my friends feel like we were at home. We each had our own room and the Washer and Dryer came in handy! Hamid, again, loved the house, rooms, kitchen, and location to walk to MDR, Venice Beach, and Culver City. Would love for you to get A/C but nights are cool enough and you have fans so it was comfortable! Next time I come to MDR, I’d stay at your place again!

This house is a total hoax, everything is either old or falling apart. Please do not believe the pictures at all. Spent close to 3000 bucks for this, uncomfortable beds, old broken kitchen, a small 4x4 space in name of a backyard, garage converted to a bedroom, no air conditioning, beach is 2 miles away, not walkable at all, one parking spo only, do not book this painful home.

Nice property, great location
We had a great stay in Marina del Ray at this property. The house has 3 good size bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an eat in kitchen. The fourth bedroom is in a converted garage with its own bathroom. You have to go outside to get to the main house, but no big deal in LA. The furniture and appliances are dated, but clean and worked well. The patio was small but private and looked great. The location was fantastic. Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Great Location for Price.
This is an older home, but met all our needs. WiFi and TV worked well for what we needed. Parking space and covered patio area were nice to use. Felt safe in the neighborhood and the location to Venice Beach was great. Good location with many things to do around this house. Would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!
Myself and four friends from Australia stayed here during our week long stay in LA. The property had everything we needed. A full kitchen, clothes laundering facilities, parking and comfortable beds. Location is fantastic, easy bike or scooter ride to Venice beach, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. It is easy to get to the motorway, which made exploring further afield easier! Hamid lives next door which makes check in and check out easy, but he is very respectful and gives guests space. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to LA!

Location was very convenient for marina, Venice beach & access to PCH. Spacious but needs significant updating especially kitchen and bathroom in main house section. Plenty of seating in living room. Hosts were very nice & accomodating.

Great location!
The property was perfect for my family as we moved our daughter into a near by college. Hamid was a great host and very helpful with recommendations. The location cannot be beat — minutes from Venice, Santa Monica, etc.

Family vacation
Great central location to shopping, dining, beaches, airport and many other activities. The house was very spacious, well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. Great LA area house for families
The owner greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and gave great recommendations for shopping, eating and fun. Amazing host and he answered all of our questions. The house is in a great location to explore LA. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance and very close to beach and marina. The house worked out great for my family of four which includes older teenagers. Great neighborhood and we felt safe. We hope to be back again soon!
